It has two plus points but they are massively outweighed by the negatives. It is quiet and has good suction but this cleaner is heavy, cumbersome, awkward to move around and difficult to use. The floor tool is very difficult to move forwards and backwards across a carpet (with no 'glide') and falls off unless you ram it on and if you do that you need the strength of Hercules to get it back off. It is useless for cleaning stairs as the hose is way too short and the cleaner is too heavy to be lugging up and down stairs. The storage of the various little tools is useless and the clip to hold the floor tool and hose in place for storage is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. The body of the cleaner is extremely bulky, difficult to pick up and carry and you also need a huge space to accommodate the cleaner. Look elsewhere. This cleaner is badly designed, bulky and difficult to use and you'll regret paying out your hard earned cash for such a sub-standard product.
