I was desperately trying to track down a Tolo bear and contacted them. They were very sympathetic to my plight in trying to track down a teddy bear my niece had lost, and contacted the company that supplied the bears on my behalf who also mentioned that they had heard from my sister as well about the bear which TreasureIsland forwarded to me. Having been let down by 'When Sparks Fly' (waited 3 weeks with no delivery and poor response to enquiries) on an order for a wooden train, I order from Treasure Island instead. It was delivered within a couple of days at a good price which was fantastic. It arrived in time for our son's birthday. Top marks! (read more)

my daughter bought these items for her sons 3rd birthday, when i saw them i was very impressed with the quality of the toys and the detail, and the size of the station, truck and people is ideal for small hands. i operate a daycare for children 6 months - 4 years and thought it was a great toy and went straight on line to order 1 for my setting and it has been a great sucsess the children love it. At first I thought the site looked unprofessional, but I was just sceptical about using this website for the first time. Once I saw the wide variety of toys available and the fantastic theme they have created, I soon felt confident the site was legitimate. This present - Tiny The Elephant - was for my daughters first Christmas, which I ordered on 1st December. I again was sceptical about the delivery option 'anytime', but it arrived in less than a week! I have never heard of this site... (read more)
