VERY HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY. NEVER DELIVERED. WHEN CONTACTED SIAD THEY WERE NOT TRADING BUT 7 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL ARE.

I placed my order at 4.30 and to my suprise my glowsticks arrived at 8am the next morning.
I think Wellglow has changed hands recently and would recommend them to my friends and family.
Avoid!
I ordered glow bands for a school disco. These arrived a month after the event had taken place. I emailed the company several times to check what was happening with the bands, but never received a reply. The telephone number given on their website is never answered.
I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs.
We had the same problem and 8 weeks later spoke bits arrived and not what was even ordered. I would recommend www.myglowsticks.co.uk items came next day after we re ordered.

Improved Service
I ordered from Wellglow last year and was slightly unimpressed with their service (late delivery) but I was invited back to try their new improved service because I left a bad review back then. I can honestly say their service was better this time. I made myself anonymous by delivering it to my work. The service was prompt and goods were very good. I hope that this will continue for them. I rescind my previous comments and will be ordering again next month - ill let you know how I get on!

Hi all, we have unfortunately been at the end of Well Glows deception, in that we ordered goods and have later found out that he had no intention of supplying these continuously lied through emails, supplying a totally different invoice.
It would appear he has done this a number of times and trading standards in Nottingham themselves have said they investigated him 18 months ago ordering him to pay back customers, but they do need more reports now to help with the investigation.
As far as our order goes we have evidence to prove an offence of fraud and are going through the police and trading standards so if anyone on here has lost money from well glow or jack gordon and his other sites recently please feel free to reply on here or message us as the more people that report him to police and trading standards the better chance of succeeding with a criminal prosecution against him and getting money back.
We have given him opportunity to supply our goods or to refund us as he clearly never has intentions of supplying goods after taking peoples money and at the point he does neither he is clearly playing his part in a deception and illegal activities.
We are more then happy to assist people with who to complain to and names etc so feel free to contact us.
I would now recommend myglowsticks as an excellent service with glow sticks dispatched straight away.

Still Waiting
I had a similar experience to many other people. Ordered goods, asked for next day delivery then nothing. I tried to contact them many times but the phone is never answered and neither are my emails. Thankfully got my money back from my credit card company who are currently looking into this supplier.
I have since tried to place an order from their website - just for fun to see what happens. I found that when you go onto the shopping basket page at the top in very small writing the message " WE ARE CURRENTLT NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS - PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER", but it looks like it will still take your money! What's that all about?
I can't believe that this website is still up and running, it should have been forcibly shut down months ago. My advice is to stay away and buy from somewhere reputable. After my experience with 'Wellglow' my rule of thumb now is to phone first, then if someone is there to talk to you then at least you know you've got a reasonable chance of getting your goods.

My package of 100 glow bracelets arrived on Friday AM for a party on Sunday (today). They were a little later than expected, probably due to Xmas post, but other than that they were very good quality, substantially packed. Thank you.

More Like No Glow !!!!
I run a drama school and orderd 15 glowing glasses a month ago for my Christmas panto this sunday !!! I have tried to contact the company but get no repliy and the phone number is out of service !!!
I now have to tell 15 5-8 year olds I don't have part of their costume or somehow buy more for this Sunday !!! leaving me really out of pocket.
Do not order from this comany they are deeply dodgy and reading other reviews I am not the first this has happend to !!!!!!!

Not Very Wellglow
Please, please do not buy from this company. Placed an order for 300 glowsticks on 23rd November and I'm still waiting. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back. The phone number is out of use and their claimed offices don't exist - just ask their neighbours! Finally got in touch with the company owner, via email, but only informing him that I had contacted the police and trading standards about him.

Our School Friends Association Sold Glow Sticks At
Our School Friends Association sold glow sticks at the Halloween disco and it raised around £300 from only £60 worth of stock. We are hoping to buy a new sound system for the drama studios, and this helped provide vital funds. They offered us a 10% off for charities too. The quality was very good and packaging was clear.
