Placed an order middle of June and got an automatic confirmation of order and nothing else after that.Sent numerous emails throughout July and got one response after I said I was writing review to express my opinions. They said my order shipped around end of June. No exact date or proof of delivery despite several requests.Buy a lot online and have never experienced this kind of problem.Donot place order.Would not recommend. (read more)

You can talk to someone on the site if you want by clicking on the "chat" button, I used this service and it was really helpful as they help you immediately. I made 2 orders and the two of them came with missing products and a note saying it was refund. It's been months and still no refund ! It's a scam ! don't order. The owner Louise (when she answers) says that she has proof that the refund was made but at my bank there absolutely no trace of that money. I lost more than 40' !! (read more)

I made the worst mistake of my life the day I ordered from this website. I placed my order on 12th July, 2011, haven't received anything so far. Tried contacting through emails, got lame excuses in return only when I mentioned reporting her to the European Police, European Ombudsman. Told me that my order was sent out on the 14th July and she has the post office slip to prove it and that an automatic dispatch email goes out to the buyer. Never received any dispatch email. Asked them to send it again to me as I was desperate to see any proof of my order sent out to me. Never replied to the actual request or sent me the dispatch email. Rang her twice never got a reply, went straight to her French recorded massage.

I have lost £63 to this woman. She never answers her emails or phone. Have been waiting for almost a month for my order. Never sent a dispatch email. Says she has a post office slip to prove that the order got sent. Sounds familiar??? If she has the proof than why can't I see it as I am the one paying for it. Not a trustworthy woman or business. Steer clear and guard your money.

I luv my fragrances and have loads and usually get em from the shops where I live. A mate told me about this website where perfume and other makeup stuff is much cheaper so I gave it a go. Brought my bloke some Ralph Lauren eau de toilette for Xmas and it was half price, I paid with my Visa card online and the perfume came to my house in only a couple of days. Shopping online can be a nightmare especially when I have had a bad experience in the past when goods did not arrive. I only made quite a small order in the first instance so if things went wrong it would not be a problem (I do tend to worry quite a lot about such matters). I contacted them about this and discount-cosmetics.net said to return it to France recorded delivery which cost me £5.56 and they will send it to Benefit to be tested. They did not do this. I contacted Benefit myself and they confirmed that they had not received the item for testing and did not have an association with Discount Cosmetics. This was 6 weeks ago,...

I made 2 orders - the first one came without 1 ordered cr me, there was written by hand that money will be return to my account. It has been 8 weeks and I don't have my money back!!! I sent them several emails and no answer until today.
My second order was (according to them) already dispatch, but it has been 4 weeks and I don't have my already paid make-up. Therefore I want to warn you - If you want to shop there, you will loss only your money as I did!!!...

I have same problems with this on-line shop too. I have placed my order on the 2nd of May, i never got it, in my account the tag in that order still is in processing after 2 and a half month, the owner replied in the begining saying she will check the post office, or she will short this out, maybe with a refund, but now she does not even replay to my mails. I think that the list i can do is to let others know how this on line shop works. I am also gooing to file a complaign in one of the European cunsumer protection associations.
