Yes I am in the same boat as you.........I didnt order a hamper but a cheese & port gift for my dad, I ordered it to be delivered 24th December 2012..........I am still waiting. i checked the online tracking that day to find they had sent it to a similar address but in Ireland.......my dad lives literally a few miles up the road from where the office for this company is based in Lancashire.
I have just been chatting on online chat with this company.........after having sent 5 emails and continuously getting excuses........they have just tried to make out the address I gave them was the Irish one........that is until I started getting annoyed wiht them and then they showed me my original order which lo & behold actually showed my dads address.........their excuse was that they tried to deliver it to him at that address!!!!! asked them if that was the case then why then deliver it too an address in Ireland when you had my dads phone number to call him!!! Told them to stop lying to me and making excuses for their mistake. they even told me to contact the courier in Ireland to get them to re deliver, told them I tried that nearly 2 wks ago but they cant redeliver from ireland as my dad lives in lancashire, england. Basically they kept trying to make out it wasnt their problem, they suggested I call the supervisor, but told them that wasnt going to happen as I am aware they have a multitude of complaints/bad reviews from people who keep being fobbed off by them and that as far as I was concerned they had 48hrs to rectify their mistake and re-deliver to my dads otherwise I would be contacting the Police. Told them I have already reported them to trading standards. so lets see if they care enough about their company to get their backsides into gear. They have a page on facebook for both ihampers and their other company 'iflorist', but today they removed all the negative remarks people were making.
I wish anyone good luck when dealing with this company......they're no better than thieves.

We received a Christmas hamper from relatives in Australia. Unfortunately one of the items had lost its lid and spilled the contents into the hamper. This could have been dealt with swiftly and easily by a simple 'phone call. I booked two hampers to be delivered on 18th December and which was confirmed by ihamper. They did not arrive. I emailed the company on 27th December to lodge my complaint to which I received an automated reply giving details on how I could track my order on the internet. I couldn’t. I telephoned the office on 28th with an answerphone response saying I need to ring during office hours which I presumed now to be 2nd January. I rang on 2nd January asking to speak to the lady whose name was on the email to be told that I couldn’t speak to her as she was based in India. I asked for the name and email address of the Managing Director, and was told that she couldn’t let me have his email, but gave his name. I wrote a personal letter to him on 3rd January, and marked the letter personal. I had no reply by 11th so I sent a further email to the office on 12th Jan Headed in large letters ’For the personal attention of Managing Director. No reply. It is now 25th January, with no hampers and no reply so I am writing to Barclaycard Visa, The Trading Standards Office, The companies Trade Association and their local Chamber of Commerce drawing their attention to this company. I believe companies like this should not be allowed to continue in business. All companies make errors from time to time, but there is just no excuse for a blatant ignoring of those of us who have very justified complaints.
Note to iHampers. Please don’t reply to this blog in the patronising manner that you’ve replied to complaints above. I don’t want a free bouquet or an apologetic email from you unless it tells me when my hampers are being delivered and why you have refused to answer my communications

I live in Canada and ordered a hamper of 6 bottles of French wine on November 26 to be delivered to friends in Wales on Dec 6. It did not arrive and I followed up the day after and was told it was with the courier. All attempts to contact this company have yielded no resolution. Standard answer is that the package is with the courier and due to technical difficulties it has been delayed. Use of their email log ticket system did not even send a follow up reply on the status on the delivery ETA! It is now Dec 24 and it has still not arrived.
I will now have no recourse but to see if my bank will credit my Visa credit card for what I view to be a fraudulent transaction from my last statement.
