Used them twice now and they've let me down on both occasions. First time they had my parts for weeks. Second time was Xmas and my wife was getting my motorcycle powder coated for Xmas. Despite getting the parts to them over a week before their Xmas shut down and explaining it was a Xmas present they did not do the work. Worse still is that they did not tell me that they weren't going to do the work and so I could not take the parts elsewhere. To sum up their performance has been 100% useless. (read more)
