“Poor quality tree”

I have ordered a christmas tree through this company, they delivered on time but the tree was damaged with branches missing on one side, it didn't look nice at all and I couldn't fix it in any way. This was the most unbelievable thing - did they not see that the tree was not good? The stand was cheap to the uttermost with plastic screws not fitting in well and very hard to move. I ordered my first real Christmas tree 2 years ago from Pines and Needles and have been hooked ever since. I was amazed at how little needles te tree dropped in the 4 weeks it was up. Beautiful xmas trees! After being let down by another company 2 years ago, I used Pines and Needles as this was recomended by a friend, and I haven't been disapointed yet! The men who deliver the tree even assembled the tree for me and put the lights on for me,so it was a nice suprise when my husband came home from work as he usually has to ut the lights on every year! Been using them ever since and I have no complaints, I've recomended them to all my friends and family! (read more)

Very happy with my tree, THANKS! Super easy to order, I used their website and tree was delivered quickly. I hope no problems what so ever. The tree was lush and green and did drop, I used another company the year before and the needles dropped before Christmas day. I plan to use them again – Highly Recommended!!! (read more)

We ordered a tree in the second week of December and for delivery before 10pm, to be fully installed in our living room. The van turned up at about midnight, the two delivery men were nice, but clearly shattered and were surprised to hear they had to set the tree up since no-one at pines and needles had told them. The tree dried up within a week and I eventually resolved to call them on the 20 December, only to be told I was just outside the 10 day window that their terms and conditions... (read more)
