I was really pleased with the speed my phone was dealt with. I had an email the day after I had sent it to say it had been received. In about half an hour I had a second email to say it had been tested and I would be receiving the offered price. The only downside was that it took a while for the money to be paid into my bank account. not a great experience with this company. they valued my phone alright, but kept sending duplicate emails and then had an administration error that meant having an incorrect balance on my account and an unwarranted debit of their own mistake. personally, it should have been left in my account, an apology issued to me and claiming responsibility for their payment error, left with the customer as a token of good faith. too fussy for my liking and petty to ask for a few pounds back and wasting... My only real issue is the time it took between getting a confirmation that the phone had been tested and accepted and the payment to my account.
