I purchased a chicco pushchair. It was at a good price and thought chicco was a good brand. 2 weeks into using it the harness clip broke on it, luckily my son did not fall out of it. I have worked in retail for many years, and i know customer statutory rights with faulty product from the back of my hand no matter what policies are in place. I placed an order on the 2nd January which has still not arrived, now 24th January.
I've sent 3 emails and managed once to leave an enquiry on the company answer machine- usually the voicemail facility is full, perhaps an indication of how many others are chasing orders! I've still heard nothing back about my order and therefore cancelled it. I got the car seat cheaper at Halfords.
I wouldn't have given any stars in the rating scale, but this is not an option.

omg I am going through something just like you, we bought the babystyle Oyster in February;..the 4th to be exact, they sent my daugter the pram within a weelk but no colour pack, I contacted them and they said they had put a note in the box saying it was to follow, well 4 months have passed and still no colour pack, I rang again today and some young bloke was so rude to me, I am now getting hubby to call, he said if they do not send it out this week he is going to drive down to their shop and dump the pram back with them and get a refund, my grandson is now one month old and still does not have the pram we paid for.....totally disgusting customer service, never repky to emails and you dont get what you paid for.
