Although Pers Removals were over an hour late (which cost me over £30 in parking as a family member had driven down to help), once they finally arrived the service was excellent. The two movers were polite, very efficient, professional and moved all of my belongings incredibly quickly. They provided me with garment boxes for free which meant that my clothes were easily transported. Once the my belongings were loaded up safely in the truck, they navigated narrow difficult streets very well.... (read more)

This is just to thank you and your team for the fantastic service during my move on 3 and 4 May from Crouch End to Bexley. Everything was packed beautifully and the three crew who moved me on the second day were fantastic, remaining friendly and good humoured throughout. The piano was successfully moved from first floor to first floor and everything arrived intact - although I haven't quite unpacked everything yet. A few fragile boxes still remain. We chose Pers to do our move, and we opted for the full packing service and for carpet protection at both properties. The guys from Pers packed up our household contents - and there are a lot of them, believe me! - on one day, and then moved them, and our grand piano, the next day. The removal guys were very friendly, efficient and prepared to accomodate our requirements. They arrived on time on the day of the move and did not mess around; they fully loaded a very big truck in 3 hours (including the packing of very big and fragile pieces of furniture such as mirrors, TVs, glass tables). Manpower was not spared to get the job done efficiently and quickly. We hope that we will not need to move again, but if we do, we will definetely use Pers again. (read more)

The move could not have been better organised, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Pers for any move. All at Pers Removals were extremley pleasant and done a great job whilst moving me and my partner from our flat in Finchley to our new home in Hendon, North London. It was our 1st time moving so were very anxious but all went so well we couldnt have asked for more. All the guys were very helpful and made us feel so relaxed through such a stressful time. The PERS team are an amazing bunch of guys. We sat outside our lovely new house to be told that we couldnt complete until after the Wedding Bank Holiday. I have used Pers Removals on three different occassions because my experience has been that they are not only professional but have at times gone beyond the call of duty. The staff are curteous, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Kalveh, the estimator, came round (on time) and gave me a quote which was backed up by email - I found them to be competitve compared to others I also invited. I went for packing and moving. On the morning before my move, Eddie packed the flat up - I'm glad I asked them to do the packing - Eddie got on with it without fuss and he did it all very well (I would have taken a lot longer and wouldn't have been anywhere near so good.)... Pers moved us a few weeks ago and they did a fantastic job! We have a young baby so the whole day could have been extremely stressful but the guys were fab.

Contents packed by owners are never insured!! we tried to deliver your goods on the requested date, due to Arsenal match we couldn't get even near clients house as he lives very close to the stadium, re-arranged delivery without any extra charge!

<br/>All the frustration is about 4 broken bottle of wine packed by client!! We can never offer insurance if clients pack! Client never read the terms ... we are not insured for wine , food etc neither for any fragile items packed by owners!
