ive tried so many times to contact this company and left so many voicemails they refuse to answer....there is no email address and the fax number is not in use i also contacted sage pay of whom the payments go through and they say there closing there account as from 30th april 2012.the items i bought are faulty and unable to use them if which was a toilet and sink people watch out they seem to be a fraud company taking innocent peoples money STAY CLEAR (read more)

However, when I contacted Paul at Primrose, he agreed to send out a replacement immediately and without quibble. I purchased an overbath shower screen after coming across the Primrose Bathrooms web site. The photos and spec. looked too good to be true for the price they were charging, especially compared with the overpriced rubbish you see in certain large DIY stores.When it was delivered (On time) it was a quality item and I am really happy with it. We ordered various items including a shower cubicle, shower valve and head etc and all were delivered promptly and efficiently. Although the cubicle was not quite right for us we were able to return it and have a refund with no problems. A further little problem arose but once again, no problem and a new part was sent out straight away! Our new en suite and bathroom look outstanding and are lovely to use thanks to Primrose! When fitted the neon lights do not work, the seat is loose, the toilet seat slides all over the place and yes the screws are tightened but still slides, on checking the wiring one of the connections are not in the unit and because it is polpresin there is no way of fixing, could not sent back as it replaced a broked seat, going to purchase another toilet seat but not from herer. This is service from a bygone age, excellence a quality we once lived with has been dead for a long while, then we have Primrose Bathrooms who not only have resurrected the idea that the customer comes first, but delivers on that philosophy.

I Ordered the G3SLS-550 cabinet on Sunday night and it was delivered by 10am on Tuesday morning and delivery was included in price.
Cabinet is now fitted and looks even better than it does in the pictures, the mirror polish on the stainless steel is inside and out.
Highly recommended i will definitely shop here again as prices are very competitive, delivery and service is excellent.

I ordered a shower cubicle in 2008 and th valve started to leak, contacted Primrose bathrooms and they emailed me back the same day asking me to
photograph the part that was faulty.
The part was indentified and was ordered for me.
It came by special delivery the next day and no charge was made for the valve.
Communication was 5 star and I would recommend Primrose Bathrooms to everyone for good value and excellent service.

I was particularly pleased with the packaging as it was just enough to deliver the seat intact, but not exceptionally overpackaged, thus being environmentally sound.
