During an over zealous purchase I made, I inadvertently ordered mp3 recordings instead of the specific scripts. As soon I as noticed the error I wrote and requested a replacement. Know how tough this request was due to there not being an actual hard product to return/exchange I was amazed when Kirstin replaced the mp3’s with the scripts.
