This item, purchased from the Dreambox8000.co.uk website, was the worst piece of hardware I have ever owned. Ordered from UK website, but arrived from HongKong in a poorly packed box, and didnt work. So item was returned to the address on the Dreambox website. Heard nothing at all from them. Repeated e-mails finally succeeded in extracting reply from the Hong Kong manufacturer. Told to send item to them, at my own expense, to Hong Kong, but as already sent it back to the Dreambox website address in Ayrshire, I couldnt! No replies from Dreambox to date despite 4 requests, and Hong Kong supplier not interested in resolving issue. Biggest waste of £54 ever.
