Wanted to send daughter's ski stuff 2 New Zealand and Parcel Monkey was cheapest option. Few queries were answered efficiently by webchat. Arranged collection which was as promised. Box arrived ten days later in NZ. Took longer than expected but 5 of those days were NZ customs inspection. Delighted. Slightly concerned as updates seemed vague but contacted PM who gave me DHL ref and updated regularly. So one happy bunny! Thank you PM ..

Well I think Parcel Monkey has got to be the best courier company around. Been using this company regularly for the past couple of years, first class, professional service, never let me down, the odd query I have had has always been answered very quickly by their very polite and efficient customer service team .... City Link drivers are the best - always polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble ..... would recommend to everyone!!!

Been using Parcel Monkey since RM went on strike and had to find another carrier (2 years?). NEVER had a problem. Parcels delivered next day. We used to have a file for Compensation Claims with RM so many went missing and unfortunately used RM again last month for one parcel and guess what it has not been delivered! Another compensation claim to RM. Will always stick to Parcel Monkey now. Easy website, collection from your home/office and the cheapest rate we can find.

Simple and reliable! There booking in system is simple and easy to use. Very good for start up businesses who are having difficulties with courier prices direct from the companies. I was spending £3k a month on parcels through there website and not had many problems apart from a few with the couriers themselves. Price are steep now due to city link but I had a very good experience and saved slot money with the express service. People giving bad review with 1 item that they sent, I was sending 80-100 a week through them without having problems. Highly recommend!

It's always good to use Parcel Monkey. I had problems but oh well who doesn't have a problem with parcels. They have been very helpful whenever there's has been a hip cup. I trust them and will always do! have been with them since the start and will keep on using them.

Was rather nervous using Monkey Parcel after all the bad reviews here but I'll only speak for my 1 and only experience with them. Was expecting the worse but it was a breeze using them. DHL came to pick up my documents (they did make me open up my envelope to check the contents) the next day and I was just tracking the delivery on DHL's website. Documents got to HK in less than 48 hours so was very please. Good assurance as well since I can track where the documents are every step of the way.

Certainly the most affordable of all the courier services I've found online. Think I would still be nervous if I were to use them again since they're reliability is quite poor looking at all the reviews here. Perhaps everyone's got a diff experience...that said, having checked all the other courier service's reviews, can't say monkey parcel is that much worse off compared to the others...including DHL's own review.

Second time I've used Parcel Monkey and second time I've had a totally trouble free experience. They don't give you a pick up time so if you don't want to waste a day off work waiting for them, do what I do and get them to pick up from your place of work.

Item was delivered at other end of country the very next morning.

To be honest I probably wouldn't use them, or any other courier for really important time limited items, but for things like ebay sales it really fits the bill at a totally affordable price.
