Reliability is very poor. Fan bearing has broken, cleaning door sensor has broken, front panel has broken. Now its compeletly broken! We look after our things, but De Dietrich ovens seem to determined to break! (read more)

We bought this De Dietrich oven which was priced as a premium appliance, costing more than Bosch / Neff etc. Within the first two years, the element for the fan assisted oven melted/sparked and needed replacement. We had it replaced, and within another 2 years it melted/sparked and needed replacement again. Now approximately 5 years since buying it, the fan element has melted for the 3rd time, and also the bottom element has also stopped working. My previous oven was used more, and the... (read more)
