Appreciated the call back straight after i placed the order. Made it more customer friendly. Felt it was easy to order exactly what i needed and the fact i was able to pay using the purchase order system means i will probably use this site again in the future for orders of a similar item or possibly toner.

All was good, except after the event, I was able to find cartridges cheaper elsewhere, so will endeavour to get the best price I can in future. Website was easy to use and I was able to find the products without too much hassle.

Projector bulb ordered late afternoon on a Friday (bad time for it to blow on a Thursday night) only site I could find that offered Saturday delivery (for a surcharge) and it was here at 08.00hrs Saturday morning.
Great site, will use again.

The correct projector bulb arrived, well packaged, undamaged and ontime. The retailer sent several emails after I ordered, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order.

Our normal supplier could not obtain the transfer unit and the wait time was over a month. Your company was the third I tried (via Google) helpful person on end of phone and easy to use website. I will certainly compare prices with our supplier and your company next time I order toners etc.

Received order that we placed extremely quickly. Kept up to date on what was happening with order at all times. Would highly recommend this company and would use again. I believe that the price of the goods were very competitive.

A fantastic service. Not only was this item the only one in stock I could find in th UK (After 3 hours of searching!) it was also the cheapest. It came exactly when they said it would and worked perfectly. Many thanks you got me out of an awkward situation.

V good value for a genuine oem projector lamp (although the box didn't say Hitachi, I am pretty sure it is the real thing). Arrived quicker than expected for "super saver". All in all a good first experience.

Your web site is initially confusing when actually placing an order - there is a massive gap between the 4xbasket icons at the top of the page. You click away and nothing appears to happen. Several attempts scrolling around and you realise the next step (form) to be completed is way, way down the screen (initially out of sight). Maybe your web deisgner could take out all that blank space so the form relating to basket you click on appears immediately below the baskets? Just a suggestion.
