Flew through the personalised card an upload of my photo I wanted, (not an easy task for me normally)! Tried to delete a duplicate card off of my order immediately after ordering. You can't get through on the Customer Service number. Send an email at the same time I was trying to get through to number, got a reply to the email that the order had already been processed and couldn't be amended. I have used funkypigeon before and been very happy with it, no faults. Until Today I got the app to do a photo upload one because I didn't have the photo on my laptop, it worked fine until the end when it kept saying my request times out. 2 hours of my time and its still not working. I'm going to use moonpig instead, it's supposed to be quick and easy but far from it. (read more)

Ordered a card a week and half in advance to make sure it was here for valentines day, Contacted them which they had deleted the card out of my account to cover their own backs. I then questioned them to ask wheither the card would still be coming and they couldn't tell me they passed the blame onto royal mail. I ordered a card for husbands 50th birthday. The card prices I had seen were £2.99 for an A5 size, I ordered a card which cost £2.99, when it arrived it is only an A6 Size which is tiny. When I contacted them they said that the particular card I had chosen was square and only came in that one size. I've been ordering cards from Funky Pigeon since October 2010 and I've always been impressed with the service. Even with busy periods such as Valentines and Christmas, items arrive quickly. Their service is consistent and helpful no matter what problem I'm experiencing, any any times that Royal Mail have damaged the cards, they will happily provide a replacement. Creating the cards was simple, even an untrained monkey could do it! Delivery was received within a couple of days and cards were in excellent condition. I have used Funky Pigeon many times, the designs are great and very on trend, which makes it very easy to select what i want. After reading some of the reviews, yes mistakes do happen, but build a bridge and get over it. When you deal with 10 of thousands of card and everything else which you sell, sometimes things go wrong, as disappointing as it may be, people need to build a bridge and get over it. I had paid for an addition £5.25 for a card to be delivered by next day delivery and it and it had not turned up as requested. GGGRRRRR! Spent all afternoon ordering 25 quid's worth of personalised cards and got told at checkout "There is technical problems please reorder" This isn't even a correct sentence! Anyway, very disappointed and will pop down to the post office now to do it the good old fashioned way. Beware - sent card and New Look giftcard to my niece in Jan 2012 for her birthday. she received both but when she went to spend giftcard at New Look they told her there was no money on the card. They asked if it had come from funky pigeon and said this happened frequently. I have now written to them 3 times to ask them to check this and they can't even be bothered to answer me. I did order the b-day card on Funky Pigeon with personalised front page and inside as well. Received the card which I never ordered, front page was a real mess, they used the name of the person 3 times in total and it looks hillarious. Now my friend will miss her sister b-day just because of somebody mistake. Human or system error. Whe I did write the email to the customer service, it came back as undelivered. Having received a friends and family email advertising 50% off I thought I’d give funky pigeon a go. The discount wasn’t applied in the basket, but in my naivety I thought it would be deducted later. To cut a long story short I sent two emails requesting my discount, and all I received were patronising replies. If that’s the way they treat new customers I’ll stick with Moonpig from now on. The first time I used funky pigoen was to create a card for my Dad's birthday. I used a magazine style, uploaded the picture, added all the text etc and it lost my design after finishing it - three times!! Very frustrating however I persevered and the final result was great. Second time using and I've just spent an hour creating a calendar with family photos and captions for my grandad and grandma and again all my work has been lost after I completed it and moved to the confirm stage! I've used Funky Pigeon a few times now and always find the site easy to use with a great range of cards. Had one instance where a card turned up a day later than expected but still in good time, however the despatch e-mail showed this was posted on time. Upon querying the lateness with the staff they reassured me that it had been despatched on time and was with Royal Mail. That's Royal Mail for you! Overall very happy, will continue to use!! I've never used one of these sites before and probably would've gone to moonpig but heard bad things from my friends. I decided to try funky pigeon because of the free delivery and you can buy a gift card as well which is pretty handy last minute. Anyway I got the card and gift card the next day (I was pretty sceptical about that!) The card was wicked though it took ages to choose one because there's just pages and pages of cards. I have only just used funkypigeon to order a mug and a calender. The mug has turned up broken and the calender is awful. every page of the calender has the big funkypigeon logo, and not even a small logo. Even the front cover has the large printed logo. I have never hd this on personalised gifts.
Anyway I have tried contacting them 3 times via email with no response. I have tried phoning but the phone cuts off after they have already said they are open mon-sat 9-5.30!!! Bit strange like they do not want to be contacted. Now I am stuck with 2 rubbish gifts, and it is too late to order from anywhere else. gutted.
