These great guys managed to get us a pool table the very next day! After calling around a few different shops/online stores we hit upon Liberty Games, who were a couple of hours drive away. We drove over, checked out the tables in their showroom (it's good to see online people aren't some dude in their bedroom), then they used their own van and drivers to drop over the table we chose the very next day! Pool table came with everything you could possibly need - not that there is all that much you could need I guess, but I went for installation (which was done very well - considering the experience I had last time I had something installed - a fridge where the guys took my old one out and it leaked all over the place and they didn't care) so I was given an extra pack, cues cover etc. Quality of the table is top notch, plays better than the one down my local. The Liberty Games website was fairly easy to navigate in terms of finding the type of games table I was looking for. I was after a table which had both pool and air hockey games included and was able to identify this as a multi-game table. I selected the Strikeworth multi-game, delivery was well within the 5-7 days advertised, I was actually phoned the same day I placed by the delivery company and we agreed a time three days later for me to take delivery. The wife said I was having a mid life crisis, but I convinced her it was safer than a motorbike, so my early xmas present to myself is now in the lounge and looking great. The machine itself has 1943 - my fav arcade game of all time, so plenty of time spent playing this rather than watching tv! Unlimited credits, need I say more! The arcade machine I ordered online did arrive on the day that I requested when I ordered it online, however there had been some damage in transit and it arrived not working. When the table arrived and was installed for me there was a small imperfection in the slate. It was too late to do anything about on the day but Liberty sent me out a replacement slate after boxing day, with a set of premium pool balls for the invoncenience. Nice guys to deal with. I certainly can't complain about any of the Liberty Games staff but the courier they have used certainly let down their good intentions. I was promised the delivery of my outdoor game before the weekend as I had the family round - it was promised to be an AM delivery but I was carded in the afternoon. I got this table as it has what are apparently reffered to as the 'telescopic' rods, which means they do not pass through the table, instead they go in on themselves. Only site I found that had exactly what I was looking for and the chap on the telephone I spoke to was very handy when I was trying to choose which model I wanted (had the choice between a manual lift trolley and a hyrdraulic model - he explained the difference between the two very well and really knew his stuff!).
Delivery wasn't a problem, although I had it delivered to my work and such deliverys are rarely problematic with any company.
Would absolutely buy again.
