“No chance to request colour of name personalisation”

Firstly, would like to say beautifully presented - both packs of hankies in a see-through bag with a bowed ribbon - lovely! However the names were not quite centralised into the corners of the handkerchief (although I don't think this will bother the children!). One set of names were in red (fantastic, nice and bright!) but the other set was in white (not as bright or noticeable, shame). Delivered very quickly, great!
