Bought VIPEcig on a Groupon deal a year ago. Been smoking the Rolling Virginia (Golden Virginia) but every time I buy them they seem to change, different packaging on the cartomisers, different taste and differing amount of puffs. Recently they've been lasting less than a day and I've been smoking the same amount, if not less. Also the battery quality is getting worse. I bought a new one 1 week ago - it last for one charge and now doesn't work. VIP wont swap it because I've used it!! Ive now moved to Green Smoke which is 10x better!

I got fed up with the cig a like battery keep running out and they felt clunky and heavy, so I ordered a ego one but they didn't have the pattern I wanted in stock, so they sent me another one. It's ok but I don't much like the taste and I like the ones that look like cigarettes to take out with me so I tried a different place called wispa vapours which has nice slimline ones. I think you have to search around to find what suits you best.

what a rip off their postage charges are, I bought three packs for three people and it said WE could not combine postage to get any discount so paid £5.98 x 3 and they arrived all together in one parcel with postage costs of £2.20 so the company managed to combine postage!!!! and made a nice tidy profit , what a rip off I will definitely NEVER EVER EVER use them again what a nice earner for them

I ordered 3 starter packs on 14th january. I was told they would be shipped the next day. 7 days later they had not arrived so I contacted them. I was told they were experiencing delays and I would receive them shortly. They arrived on 23rd january but one pack was missing. I emailed them on 23rd Jan to ask where the other pack was. They ignored my email. After 7 days nobody had responded to my email. I have emailed again today. I am still waiting for the rest of my order/response to my emails. I like the VIP products but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
