I bought batteries E juice and clearamisers from VIP. Overall I find the batteries hold the charge well and the E juice flavours, triple menthol and USA tobacco absolutely the best I have tried for flavour and strength. The clearamisers are not as good as the ones I buy from another supplier, but the service and supply from this company I have found good and reliable. Having been a heavy smoker for 51 years, I started using VIP Electronic cigarettes on the 28th February 2013. To me this product is VERY good, and I feel considerably healthier since starting using them. “DO NOT BUY VIP!!!”

After being a regular customer for over 12 months who sang the praises of VIP (and even persuaded other smokers to buy from them)I am moving to another company. The customer service I have received recently has been a complete let down.The email complaint I have sent hoping they would resolve my issue has purely been ignored and the girl I spoke to on the phone may as well not have answered. This is absolutely true, I switch to VIP hoping to gradually stay away from cigarettes and finally stop all together, but so fare the VIP cost me more than Marlboro for fare less pleasure (if u can call smoking a pleasure) . the only good think is after a week on VIP for more money than I used to spend on cigarettes I feel more ready to stop it all. The best motivation for me I guess was the feeling of been rip-off both way

Im spending the same amount each week but Love not stinking of smoke, fnding places for butts or ashtrays, not having to stand outside and no tar and no smokers breathe and clothes stench. Keep losing batteries or they die too quickly. for me one cartomizer mixer really only lasts a week and batteries are a dail choe. itsis more expensive than a packet of Mayfair lights but healthier and more socially acceptable. I've never been a heavy smoker and smoke mild level. (read more)
“Brilliant VIP e-cig”

I decided to try the VIP electronic cigarette as I have a child who has a heart condition. I picked up the kit from Manchester and was really pleased with the product. I now smoke these and they have made a big difference to the health of not only my own but that of my sons too. A great product, a brilliant invention and a lot cheaper than buying ordinary cigarettes. Hope that you continue to improve this product for smokers all over the world to enjoy in any non smoking environments. (read more)

My wife bought me one of these at christmas for £20 with 5 refils for £10. Great present. The claim "equivalent to x amount of cigarettes" per cartomizer is extremely optimistic however. At most I would say 10-15 cigs per refil. Still, thats still not bad considering 5 refils cost £10. Battery life is terrible, you really need two batteries and have one constantly on charge as they dont last more than a few hours. I brought my starter kit through groupon , and having tried several types including Jabeens which where cheap nasty and didn't work ! i was very happy when my vip package arrived Quality product and one I'd be happy to stick with and tell anyone who asks. I've been a smoker 37years I'm ashamed to say and really believe ill give up tabacoo. My advice to anyone looking for a substitute for cigerrets is give VIP a go. (read more)

“not worth the money”

vip started off great and i have to admit that i havent had a real cig in 4 months since i started. me and my boyfriend were smoking around 10-15 cigs each a day so when we heard that one cartridge was an average of 40 cigs and the battery would last for around 15 cigs, we both bought one. within a week our batterys were not as powerful and it was becoming harder to take a drag, and they were lasting little under 4 hours. so we went to buy a spare which was another £10, ontop of the around... I went to the St. Helens town centre on New Years eve for jewelery and came home with the vip starter kit instead. I had no intention of buying e-cigs in any form, but then I saw the stand and asked the lady if I could try one. I haven't smoked an ordinary cig since. I bought my kit costing £35 from a pop up stall in st helens, I got one battery 5 tips and a box to stop me snapping it. I have found it all but unusable so far. The battery life is a probablly 3 real fags worth and then its flat, I was told by the agent it shout last 8 hours or 15 real fags. I ordered 3 starter packs on 14th january. I was told they would be shipped the next day. 7 days later they had not arrived so I contacted them. I was told they were experiencing delays and I would receive them shortly. They arrived on 23rd january but one pack was missing. I emailed them on 23rd Jan to ask where the other pack was. If you are new to vaping, there are so many choices out there. In my opinion most are terrible and this is why. First off, battery life, VIP has to have the worst batteries I have used, limited flavours and bad customer service. The agents know how bad the batteries are and i have had two admit it on the phone. I was smoking about 20 cigs a day for the past 30 years. I felt terrible and after a really bad chest infection I thought I'm 55 and my health is only going to get worse so it was now or never. That was July 2011. Bought the starter kit and for a few weeks I alternated between ecigs and normal fags. Then in September 11 I had my last fag. It was the best thing I have ever done. After 40 years and many many attempts I have finally kicked the "habit". What I found amazing is how instant it works - love the way the battery is ready when you open the pack and as for a service - I wish other firms were so efficient. What a treat to NOT have to excuse myself to go outside to smoke - to not have that odour either on my clothes or breath. And as for the savings both in cash but more importantly in health. both myself and partner on these now for 5 months cant believe it to the people that say they have to wait for a week delivery i order straight from vip website and always have they within 48hours i recomend having spare charger so always got a charged one (read more)

These particular cigarettes are absolutely fabulous. No harmful tar & chemicals. Never thought in a million years I would find giving up sooooooo easy. I've been smoking 40 years & have tried many ways of stopping smoking. Can't recommend them too much. (read more)

bought the biggest start up kit they sell,enough for 1600 equivelent cigs, have been using for 10 days now,all i can say is FAB!!!. On the down side the battery does not last very long,i solved this problem by purchasing extra batteries. i was smoking 50 cigs a day before and have not had one puff since. Been using the VIP E-Cig for 30 days. I used it in the pub and didn't need to smoke outside. More than anything, I've had the help from VIP to quit which is something doctors, patches and quit smoking drugs could not do. Thanks VIP... A true value for money product. I use one filter a day and costs me a fraction of what I spent on cigarettes. Best of all is the taste of the vapour. I never expected it to be so real and it feels like I'm smoking but without the dangers. (read more)

This VIP Electronic cigarette is the closest thing I've had to a real cigarette. I'm using the VIP002 USB model with High strength cartomizers.
After 4 or 5 puffs it's given me enough of a hit to take away the smoking craving. I've used it at home, work, car and in the pub so far.
Best of all. I've not had a normal ciggy in 3 months. Any heavy smoker needs one of these. It will save your health and some serious cash.

My VIO003 e-cig uses cartomizers. I never tried cartridges, but I'm very pleased with cartomizers. A cartomizer lasts me for at least 2 days. There is a decent amount of vapor and taste. A battery charge lasts over 24 hours. It weighs similar to a pen.
The only negative point I have had so far has been waiting over 1 week for cartomizer refills.
Overall the VIP003 is good value for money and I recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to smoking.

I agree same with mine cartomisers which cost £11.95 for 5 in Foyleside Shopping Centre, Derry. Other members of my family are experiencing the same we are all moving to another company!
