When i started my plan with gw money it was very hard to see a future but with there help today i am debt free and all the thanks go to the team i delt with an agent mostly and she was always understanding, they made it very easy all i did was pay each month. the letters stopped coming and it made my life a lot better.The whole team were always very nice and nothing was too much for them.

Awful company, you will not find them on Trustpilot as their reputation is very poor. Make promises during their sales pitch that are untrue. After being misled to over the phone they now refuse to answer my emails as they don’t want to reply in writing. 3 different people from the same office all saying different things. Stating that they will close my file at the end of May, but they expect me to keep paying until October, this I have in a letter they posted to me. Don’t take notice of their rating on here as most of the reviews are fake. Steer clear of you will be disappointed!

Excellent company, I can’t thank them enough for their help getting me debt free in 3 years. They are so kind and helpful and ring you to check up on you every few weeks. I used this company for my debt management plan. They were excellent in all means. Great communication, very reasonable. They manage everything for you, so you don't have to deal with any of your debtors. The most work you need to do is to send them the correspondence you received from your debtors in the provided envelope. The only thing is that I calculated how much I paid for them as service fee during the years I was a customer. I could have saved up some money if I tried to pay back as much as I could monthly. Overall I am a happy customer.

GW finance are a great DEBT Management co. Always very helpful, very understanding and you know exactly where you stand as regards payment etc. They make sure you have enough money to pay your debts. The team are so nice. I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem

Where do I start... This company helped me out massively, I was in a bad position financially and didn't really know where to head. I was allocated a financial advisor to help me out with my finances and how I can manage payments with my outgoing and ingoing's. The constant communication was second to none, I was guided through the whole process from start to finish. I even was given help when I wanted to increase my monthly payments. GW Financial Solutions and all the team I would like to say thank you for your time and effort in managing my finances and making me debt free, safe to say the 18 year old me wont make the same mistake again with payday loans. Definitely recommend!

I spoke to this company last week and it was suggested a debt management plan. So I’m like ok let’s get this done and my figure was around £12000. I was getting a call back on Monday from a guy. But I later found something they didn’t mention 1. Interest and fees not frozen 2. They take half the first four payments as fees 3. Finally they take 17 per cent of all payments Give me a debt increase of 2,800 But a company called trust deed Scotland advised against a Debt management plan and was more towards a DAS. 37 months for £345 all you need is a new bank account not attached to the debt and no fees ( fees bourne by the credits) So GW also call and text from a variety of numbers with misleading information. Beware do your homework

My expirience with GW Financial Solutions was the Best. I suffered from anxiety and depression after I got unemployed and could not keep up with my finances. Hopefully I reached them and got everything sorted, they kept in touch with me every month and asked me if my situation was still the same and if the amount was still affordable for me to keep. I really can not give any cons. Very Friendly and resposible team, I recommend to all my family and friends who struggle with debt.

It has taken me 9 years, with GW Financial Solutions' help, to clear my debts. I remember, at the outset,their clear guidance on how to set up my Debt Management scheme.They have consistently kept me informed how my repayments are going and helped me to set a monthly payment, varied from time to time, which is fair to both me and my creditors.If I was asked to make one suggestion - and I only have one - as to how they might improve their service it would be to ensure that, when clients write to them, their communications are acknowledged and replied to.

I had my own building business and due to severe illness accumulated debt of £25,000. I registered with different Debt Management Companies, of which one frauded us of a substantial amount of money, another stopped trading after a couple of months handling our debt before we phoned GW Financial Solutions. I gave them the basic details regarding my income, expenses and debt companies. I answered their question as to how much we could afford to pay monthly and as from there it was plain sailing. The 'pestering' of our creditors I could ignore as GW Financial Solutions took care of that constantly. I received monthly detailed accounts, questions were answered immediately and once a year our financial situation was re-evaluated. When I thought that my debts would be finished in October, I received a phone call from them beginning of September congratulating me on being debt free and that I had overpaid GW by £50 which they will credit our banking account with. You want a safe Debt Management Plan....GW Financial Solutions is definitely an answer to a prayer and I definitely recommend.

I have just completed my debt management. Everyone one was so helpful and reassuring from the start to finish.i liked the Regular updates. Calls and emails to make sure I was ok with everything. Always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Always able to talk to someone if I needed to call. I would recommend GW to anyone struggling with debts. So just finished my debt management plan and couldnt be happier with the service these guys provided. Completely listen to my issues and took in all the info I gave. Spoke to my creditors, for the first couple weeks you'll still get your creditors bugging you but once you tell GW about that theyll deal with it. Always checking up after 6 weeks on how I was getting on. Absolutely lovely company

The first hurdle was admitting I had a debt problem , I was in trouble . I searched the web and came across GW . Friendly from the start dealt with everything put me at ease. I never felt judged , I’m now debt free and it feels awesome . All my debt paid in full !

We have real debt problems so got in touch with GW only to be told that they could not offer any solutions at all. We were stunned and are homeowners of a house sitting with 100,000 of positive equity yet they still couldn’t offer a single workable solution! UTTERLY USELESS!

When our debt got seriously out of hand and exceeded our income we knew we were in trouble. One phone call to GW, with a list of our debt owing detailed (£25000) and we were on the road to fixing the problem. GW dealt with all the creditors.. No more hassle calls looking for payment. I simply said I am in a debt management plan and provided them with GW details. One creditor actually said thank you we appreciate you are making an effort to paying us back! We detailed all of our expenditure and agreed a repayment amount and now, 5 years on, we are debt free! The 5 years have actually flew in considering the amount of less stress we had. Regular communication between us and GW ensured an easy transition of our debt repayment. We regret ever getting into the situation but it was our own doing and, although we didn't pay back any interest, we did pay back all of the £25000 that we had acquired. A lot of lessons learned and now to getting our credit scores improved so we can move house and get an improved interest rate. Yes GW do take a percentage but to be honest it was worth every penny because we know we couldn't have sorted it out ourselves.

This debt management is incredibly amazing! If it wasn't for these guys I would still be struggling now, I had tried others before but the weekly/monthly payments just put me out of pocket and filled me with more stress :( These guys have a run down of your weekly expenses and then come up with a perfect reasonable, payable plan so you don't have to struggle! Also there customer services are great! Friendky and reliable, they also check in on you every now and then to make sure you are not struggling which is amazing! They're always there for you!
