While their quality of work is decent, their level of professionalism is non-existent. They took the photos at our wedding, and it took over a month for us to even see a preview of the photos that they took. When we did see the preview we were extremely disappointed, not only at the quality of the images, but also at the number of images provided. There were only a couple hundred photos, and only a handful of them from the ceremony itself. The portraits were lackluster and in a lot of the photos everyone's heads were cut off. I called and asked to see more of the shoot, and now several months later I still haven't seen all the photos shot on our wedding day! My patience is wearing thin, and I want to see the images, so during a recent phone call with Tibrina I laid out what I wanted and when I wanted it, and in return she raised her voice at me calling me rude, and saying I wasn't going to get what I wanted, and eventually hung up on me! Zero professionalism! I am her client, and she's trying to run a business, while disrespecting me? I would not recommend these two to anyone as your choice of wedding photographer. If I would have known it would be this difficult just to get my wedding photos I never would have made the mistake of hiring them.
