    I was a new customer with KSN, and phoned them to check if the EEE TOP was instock and what colours they did. The staff were helpfull and gave me plenty of accurate information which agreed with what I had read on thier website already. I placed my order on Thursday lunchtime online.

    I was really hoping that I would get my delivery before the weekend, so choose the best delivery option I could find, next day was priced at £10.60 (ish) which I thought was reasonable.

    KSN delivered as expected & I got my order the very next morning! I was pleasantly suprised, it arrived with TNT courier.

    I did phone in on Friday afternoon to thank them, and they had said the super fast delivery was down to improved logistics.

    The product itself is great, Asus have made a excellent unit that looks great on my desk, I opted for the black coloured unit, I am still getting to grips with using the touchscreen, soo different to conventional systems I have had in the past.
