    Bought a brand asus in June, after a couple of weeks the screen started flickering. Initially it wasnt as bad and by slightly adjusting the screen it would go away. Over time it just got worse and worse though up to the point where i had to take it in for servicing. Did this and received my laptop back. Initially all was fine, but now the same problem has resurfaced again - meaning I will have to take it in for servicing AGAIN!

    This is the second Asus laptop that I have had issues with; a previous model needed to be sent back for repairs because it wouldnt work on batteries. My advice: stay away from Asus. Their customer service is very bad and their products are of inferious quality. Maybe I was just unlucky catching a couple of duds, but I will never, ever buy an Asus laptop again!
