I decided to try a collagen supplement instead of needles!,and after 6 months of trying im so glad i did.I can notice a difference in my skin,nails and and hair.I knew after just one month i wouldnt see miracles as you have to give natural supplements a chance ,but now i can!.All i have to say is you must take 3 before you go to sleep because they work while your body is repairing during the sleeping process.Now i take them daily i don't think i could give them up ..Maybe to scared to see if my skin would go back to how it was.I would reccommend them to anyone wanting to improve there skin 100%.These are not suitable for vegetarians as the capsule is gelatine and sourced from bovine.But this is the most abundent type for the human body and most medicinal.
