Return flight from Spain was delayed due to French Air Traffic control strike action. Tried calling but to no avail as nobody answered. Arrived at car park ssome 3 hours late to be charged an additional £19;50 for a full days parking. DISGUSTING. Plan never to use you again if possible. (read more)

I had absolutely no problems, the email had been sent to me giving all the details I required but as I drove up the number plate recognition did its stuff perfectly and let me in without any hassle. The courtesy bus arrived within minutes and took us almost as near to the departure lounge as we could possible be. On returning we had just missed the bus back but had to wait less than 10 minutes for the next one. No problems on exiting either. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the... (read more)

I booked into the medium term car park in advance and all went smoothly. Greeted at the gate and on the way out the barrier just lifted and away \I drove. Worth the money for the convenience. (read more)

I tried to book into the Luton Long term Car park on 13/4/13. I filled in all the details and was given a price of some £30.but the system would would not let me submit my requirements.I left it until the next day used another site and it let me make and confirm the booking but the price went up to £46.I complained to no avail.When leaving the carpark on18/4/13 I submitted my ticket and it told me I had to pay £60.This also happened to another car beside me.After a long delay somebody... I booked online and parked my car in the Mid Term car park at Luton on the same day. Maybe this had some effect on the automated systems, but the overall result was that when I returned the next day and went to exit the car park, the system demanded repayment. Having the booking reference on the phone, I pressed the button on the automated barrier and waited...waited...waited while the system rang someone. When it stopped, I pressed again...waited...waited...waited - and it stopped again.... (read more)

I feel this is a fair assessment, having used this parking facility

The airport is fine but the off site parking is dreadful.
Avoid at all costs Budget Car Parks- they are a rip off.
Apoco are not much better. About 20 of us got stuck in the car park at 12.30am and it took them ages to do anything!!
