    Buying our eternity rings from this shop The Necessary Anglel in Keswick was a dreadful experience that I would hope others don't have to go through. What was meant to be a loving and important purchase caused us both no end of heartache. The rings were to be made to order based on a ring in the shop arrived looking tatty and with an obvious incorrect fitting of the diamond - despite apparently having been "checked by them" before collection. After we pointed this, they agreed it was poor and that they had fallen out with the jeweller who made the rings, and said they would make the new ones themselves. The new ones looked cumbersome and poorly shaped and bore almost no resemblence to the original ring design we had chosen - but they still wanted to charge us and extortionate extra amount for this "change". We advised them we did not feel we should be paying more than was originally agreed - and they seemed rather unpleasant at this, but clearly realised their request was not reasonable and left it at that. I would not recommend this shop for any purchase which is made to order.
