Missed the delivery man. Went on their website and said leave with neighbour. That was last I heard from them.they never attempted delivery again in next week and half. Wasted my time sending email after email, they sent me one back saying "your case is now closed" whatever that means. “Worst delivery service ever until next time”

Third delivery by this company of Marks and Spencer clothing all were delivered without ringing the doorbell and just hung on the the front door handle. I received an email each time telling me they had missed me and had left the parcel in the porch (I do not have a porch) and they had left me a card with a delivery number ( no card) When I rang the company they said the driver according to their GPS had stopped 65ft from my property and made the delivery. UK mail are saying they have attempted delivery and left several cards here but they haven't. Its also impossible to get through to them. Right now it's 18:03 but the tracking site says they scanned my item back at the warehouse at 10.7.17 22:58pm This makes me think they are faking the times and dates they do things as thats in 4 hours time! So I ordered a replacement phone through my insurance with EE, they chose this currier to deliver my phone to me between 6-10pm. Disputes me trying to contact uk mail and also speaking to EE directly they did not turn up. I was told to restore my phone back to factory settings and delete all content on it... So I did ready for uk mail to come and give me my new phone and take away my old one... After I had a missed delivery email from them but no card, I rearranged the delivery twice online, using the ref number but the package still did not arrive. I contacted U.K mail on their online contact form and they emailed back saying the package had either been lost or not scanned. They said I should seek compensation from the shop I'd bought from. UK mail were suppose to be delivering my marks and spencers order. However, they failed to deliver on the delivery date without any reason and then failed to deliver on the rearranged date, again without reason. I could not get in contact via the telephone number and no-one responded to my email complaints, jist send emails saying my case was closed even though I had not received my parcel. I advised them to leave a parcel for me at a secure place. After receiving a text stating the delivery. Went immediately to collect it but it wasn't there as wasn't the delivery card I was supposed to have received. They lost my £100 parcel and denie all responsibility. I could not find a way of contacting the company and the methods provided were not responded to. Being scared of travellers doesn't make them racist. It definitely makes them prejudiced if your assumed scenario is correct. But doesn't your assumed scenario also reflect badly on the people you are living amongst?

Im waiting at home last 3 days for delivery driver with my bike. I quess he is too lazy cos Im living in top floor. But I track my parcel from HOME and what I see ? He just was in my place and I never opened doors ! From last 3 days same story. Thats shocking really. What a joke. Never again ! UKMail are rubbish, I was expecting a parcel that unfortunately the sender sent my UKMail, I was not in at the time, however the driver miraculously delivered the parcel and had a signature from me. I received no card through the door which leads me to believe it was never attempted. I complained to UKMail, you can only contact their customer services via the phone number IF you have a card!!! Contact telephone number has no humans available - automated stuff only - and it lies. Website contact form does nothing useful except to generate an email saying they have the contact - the next email closes it and that's that. Website is non-functioning. As one example it managed to forget my tracking number (which means absolutely no access to UK Mail).
