Following two failed attempts by UK Mail to deliver a parcel to my house on a Wednesday and Thursday this week, I booked a re-delivery on-line in the evening and phoned just after 7.00 the following morning seeking information as to when my parcel might arrive - I just wanted an approximate time as I had things to do that day. “The worst service available”

This company were supposed to deliver my mobile phopne from Tesco Mobile but have turned what should have been a simple task in to some sort of comedic farce. If your parcel does not appear and you need to call you are put through to a central calling system - they in turn have to send a message to the deport concerned - they cannot phone them! I ordered 2 parcels from 2 company's and both delivery days the delivery guy DID NOT knock on my door. Just posted a sorry we missed you card. The call centre are absolutely useless and so rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!! Now saying they will deliver tomorrow. I'll believe it when I have my item. Would never use this company again. “No service, no answers, no parcel.”

I am a business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The parcel is a week late and nobody in the call centre can get answers from the depot. I cannot speak to a supervisor, manager or call the depot. The retailer also cannot do anything about it until ukmail admit it is lost..... so I paid for next-day delivery and dont have any idea when I will get it, and nobody is calling back or can give answers if I call them... It has been sent back to the retailer - crazy! I called every day trying to trace it, but they sent it back because 'they didn't hear from the receiver'. The depot isn't reading the messages from the call center when customers are trying to trace parcels! Parcel was - 40355110000706

This is the first 'REPLY' I have actually had from UK Mail, and it on a review website - Not very good.

“Always in a hurry”

Can't fault the delivery. Getting an email the day before then an email with a time slot is really great. The driver is always on time, never know him to be late. He's always polite and friendly but gets on with the job. Leaves the parcel with a neighbor if I'm out. Can't think of anything negative. Emails, clear and easy to read. Gives options to change delivery if it's not convenient. Can't fault it. Parcels are always undamaged. Ten out of Ten, i'd say or hundred out of hundred… Read Full Review

Booked on I Post Parcels website on 28th december costing £8.57 for next day by noon delivery for collection on the 29th one hour collection time slot came and went no collection not even by close of bussiness we open until 7pm, fully manned reception and parts counter so no chance of missing the driver. “Not Joined Up With Supplier”

We paid for a next day delivery with Go Outdoors with the option that if we weren't it could be left with a neighbour. The next day the parcel wasn't there and there was NO card. We looked at the tracking on the web which said we'd been carded and the parcel was at the depot. Phoned up and the nice person said that you don't leave with neighbour and Go Outdoors had got it wrong. One of the WORST companies EVER It took 2 weeks to deliver the item and item got lost twice in depots as not scanned in or out of the depots. 20 calls to customer service on hold about 30 minutes a time. In the end I had to contact the head of UK customer service through LinkedIn as my complaint email was unanswered and a week later still not has been answered. Such a big UK Mail parcel service should improve their customer service, customer service no. is not a free no. so the connection should establish with in 5 minutes of time but it takes more than 30 minutes, lady on the phone wasn't giving answers properly, since UK Mail misplaced the delivery and they are responsible to investigate and intimate promptly to the customer but it didn't happen in my case, I have to chase it for three weeks time, eventually nothing happened from UK mail side so… Read Full Review
