Disabled husband waited in 3 times for delivery. To have card shoved through door and no delivery. No phone number on card to call them? How are you meant to get in touch if you are not online? We left notices on door to say please leave parcel with neighbour, this was ignored. Took 3 weeks to try and get delivery. By liaising with EBay customer we finally got delivery by parcel force 3 weeks after they said it would be delivered and the parcel was damaged. Do not use them. Absolute joke… Read Full Review

We were told delivery Friday, that a time slot would be sent . No time slot or delivery turned up.. Then today, Monday, no time slot but we found on there web site it was out for delivery, Friday! I also have a problem but made worse because their contact methods require that their system recognises my parcel number.

Payed and booked for a collection and delivery on 16/11/16,due to be collected on 17/11/16.. Had a text on the morning saying your collection is est between 15.47-16.47 which was fine as my wife returns home from work at 14.30.. 2 phone calls both consisting of ukmail staff arguing that parcel had been delivered to my neighbour who is currently on holiday! Will not accept responsibility. Driver had actually delivered to completely the wrong road. Both road names look nothing alike. If it wasn't for the honest lady at the wrong address we would not have received our parcels. “Simply not geared up to handle deliveries to wrong address”

Very disappointed with my experience of UK Mail who did not deliver an expected parcel to our house number, but managed to deliver it elsewhere (no idea where..), get it signed for "(by the house cleaner"), log it on their system as having been delivered - yet unable to grasp/react to properly that fact that it was NOT delivered to the correct house! I sent an email to the company outlining the problem. Read the email below and NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE I ordered 5 very expensive items from a company in London with an amazing reputation. The company works with nearly all of my co-workers in a London Council and have always received their items when promised. Was told via email tracking that my parcel had been delivered to the next door neighbours. I knew the neighbours were not even in and I would have seen the delivery guy walk past my window to get to my neighbours house, rang and spoke to the customer service team and they said they would look into it for me. I have had deliveries from this company in the past and to date had no problems at all. However our last delivery did not go to plan... received an email Thursday 10th Nov saying parcel out for delivery between 13:03 and 14:03 and when it did not arrive by 17:00 checked online, to see that delivery had changed to "within 72 hours". “Un-Delivered Package”

Package alleged to have been sent by one of their clients, and alleged to have been delivered "through letter box". The letter box is NOT accessible, locked. ALL my mail from Royal Mail is "Call and Collect", my mail is NOT delivered. You do see to be a little odd!

So if they have a package addressed to you then how do you expect them to deal with it if you have no letter box for their cards.

They are pretty useless but you seem to make the world difficult for yourself and others!

Exception is taken to your allegation that I am a little "odd" and that, "you seem to make the world difficult for yourself and others".
You have undoubtedly NOT read the post and inwardly digested it.
I have never requested that they or any other Courier "deliver" any package.
It is MY letter box on My premises, I do with it what I wish at any time.
There are legitimate reasons which are NOT necessary to explain. However, you fail to appreciate that the only postage service who has a right of access is the Royal Mail, NOT a COURIER.

I took time off work to wait in for a delivery. I was given a morning slot but it still hadn't arrived by the end of the day. I messaged them and used the tracking both of which were useless. Non delivery, had day off work to be in for delivery, "apparently" couldn't find address that has been here for over 20 yrs? Clearly never heard of a sat nah nor ringing the customer to advise of this? Poor poor poor customer service, and he hung up on me! Got spoken to like a child. This is by far the worst delivery company that I have had anything to do with.... They gave me a time slot for delivery of my parcel....great!! There is no human work in UK mail . i order a phone and then keep chasing as they sent it to wrong address . customer services number on ukmail web site ask you for tracking number and then just its on its way after that it disconnect the call . i have dialed all numbers available on there website and on google. either you end up banging you head with robots or if you reach any human they simple say you reached wrong department and some one will call you back but no one will ever call you… Read Full Review

“Still waiting for my package”

I ordered something from the UK five weeks ago, when it finally came, it was the wrong one! Ukmail mixed up my package with someones' else.
