My miss pap order was meant to come on Monday I paid my taxi driver extra to wait because on the tracker it said 'youre next'. while im waiting with my front door open going in and out my house I get an email saying 'sorry we missed you' they didn't even come to my street!! so I rearranged for Tuesday, same timing again so I paid my taxi extra again as I was 'next'. again, im waiting, and get an email saying theyd attempted delivery and it was refused. they take the mick and cant even get… Read Full Review

“DREADFUL SERVICE - LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY”

According to their records, UK Mail delivered my parcel to my house and I signed for it on a day when I was not at home and was, in fact, on holiday some 200 miles away! I checked around with all my neighbours but they all knew nothing about a delivery for me and so I called UK Mail to ask what they had done with my parcel. “Unbelievably frustrating in every way possible!!”

What a dreadful "service", or lack thereof. Did not know when parcel would be delivered, but knew it would fit through my letterbox ok. It arrived whilst I was at work, but the delivery person refused to leave it with my housemate, saying I had to sign for it & leaving a card. The card said I could arrange for an alternative day, so I took it to work to sort during lunch. However, the card fell out of my bag, so I attempted to phone UK Mail. “Pathetic, unreliable and clueless”

Second time messed up my parcel delivery. First time they kept my parcel with them without attempting to deliver it, they claim they made an attempt but no card left. I would expect them to make two delivery attempts before keeping the parcel for return. I came to know about the parcel when sender actually said he sent a parcel (It's not from a seller, so didn't know about it until the sender told they sent something to me). So, you are expecting a delivery timed between a certain time.... you are in.... and suddenly there appears an update on the track you package that tells you the driver has tried to deliver without success as no one was in. Doubly confusing as I had gone to the trouble of letting them know to leave it in the porch in the event of no one being at home, printed out the card and everything! Arranged home delivery for Dec 27/28 while off work. Nothing arrived. Received notification it would be delivered Jan 3 so contacted via website to request delivery to my work address. No response. Asked again. No response. “Awful communication”

Delivery slot was 13.44 -14.44, waited in all afternoon but no parcel. Tracked online which showed a delay but still on its way. At 18.05 tried to contact U.K. mail, but automated phone system, no relevant options, then cut me off. On phoning back, message stated office closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day (today is none of those). Ordered a number of items from Amazon, all of the came except one which was my daughter's main present for Xmas and difficult to come by in local shops. called them 3 weeks later, over the phone girl told me that 3 attempts been made nut noone home. them 45min chatting with other person revealed that item passed to dhl that had trouble with phone nr of other side and held it in customs without sending any letters. after I contacted uk mail they requested dhl to return item to uk but as I managed to get tracking for dhl other side managed to stop return. avoid them! waste of money for worst service(not even by them and instead of helping you out… Read Full Review

My parcel delivery was due today and in the morning I was happy to receive a notification that my parcel will be delivered between 13:02 and 14:02. I was left a card with a reference number as I was out when they tried to deliver. I tried to contact them online but when I entered the ref number it would not recognise it. I sent an email to their customer services with the details but the sent a reply asking for the card ref I had given them a couple of days later I had another card with a different ref no. Disabled husband waited in 3 times for delivery. To have card shoved through door and no delivery. No phone number on card to call them? How are you meant to get in touch if you are not online? We left notices on door to say please leave parcel with neighbour, this was ignored. Took 3 weeks to try and get delivery. Payed and booked for a collection and delivery on 16/11/16,due to be collected on 17/11/16.. Had a text on the morning saying your collection is est between 15.47-16.47 which was fine as my wife returns home from work at 14.30.. 2 phone calls both consisting of ukmail staff arguing that parcel had been delivered to my neighbour who is currently on holiday! Will not accept responsibility. Driver had actually delivered to completely the wrong road. Both road names look nothing alike. If it wasn't for the honest lady at the wrong address we would not have received our parcels. Very disappointed with my experience of UK Mail who did not deliver an expected parcel to our house number, but managed to deliver it elsewhere (no idea where..), get it signed for "(by the house cleaner"), log it on their system as having been delivered - yet unable to grasp/react to properly that fact that it was NOT delivered to the correct house! I sent an email to the company outlining the problem. Read the email below and NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE I ordered 5 very expensive items from a company in London with an amazing reputation. The company works with nearly all of my co-workers in a London Council and have always received their items when promised.
