This product is so disappointing! deo not buy anything to do with matrix as their customer service is terrible, this product has ruined my hair...it sounds great but what it does is the following
It makes your hair feel like straw...
the hair gets so tangled after a little while you end up with the biggest balls of knots in your hair impossible to undo and hair breaks from trying!
I spoke to matrix in uk and their reply was "oh well it must not suit your hair...buy a different range from matrix..."
Whaaaaat? my hair is long and beautiful the type that would not be complicated to find a product for...
AWFUL PRODUCT DO NOT BUY
