    Great product for taking valuable items to tough places (replaced one my daughter lost) and superb delivery. Turned up in a very short time even though ordered over the Christmas break.

    Jacket as a product is excellent but we since found it cheaper which was annoying. Service was good and delivery as expected for that time of year.

    A great bargain.The jacket I bought is rated No 1 by Which magazine so I am very happy! Ideal for keeping in a rucksack or for warm wet days/

    LATE DELIVERY. Paid for next day delivery - should have arrived Christmas Eve but didn't arrive until 30th December!!!!

    The Smartwool NTS sport tee, this is a tight fitting wool sport tee, I'm 6 feet tall and purchased a size medium and it fits perfect. It's a winterweight tee and i use it for running (main reason for purchase) biking and fitness. Because it fits tight it wicks away sweat very good and keeps you comfortable in the cold.     I ordered the hut slippers just days before Christmas and they arrived on time and with no hassle and in time to get under the tree. They were a gift and have been well received, being both warm and soft on the skin. We look forward to the leather sole lasting longer than a previous set of slippers (different brand).

    I had to send the gloves back because they were too small.
    Perhaps you could measure the finger length & palm diameter and show it on your website.

    I can't find any other shop that does it and it would certainly make me more happy to order gloves on-line in future.

    I am very impressed by all aspects of your service. That is why I keep using you to purchase my gear. I now see no reason to go elsewhere for equipment and clothing, unless it was something not covered by your large range of products.
