It took awhile for someone to answer the phone and when I finally got thru the staff member was ill informed about the product and I had to be put thru to someone that wanted to be there apart from that the rest of the process was painless the delivery was on time but the packaging looked like had been kicked all the way here The product was ok everything fitted together and worked there was a few marks but they wood be hidden and after reading other reviews about sending things back and getting refunds I'd rather put up with it

when i receved my pipe it had a inch deep seround gouge in it allso when i phoned up at 20 to 12 to order ther was no one to talk to thay sead thay will ring back in 10 mins but had to ring back as no one rang by the time my order was don it wasto late to post that day

Firstly, let me say that the delivery was on time and the courier kept in touch via email so I knew where things were up to. The 'cons' were: I was informed by a member of staff that I could select a delivery date on my order once it had been placed. If there WAS a place to do this, I never saw it, so I had to hope that delivery would happen when I was available. Secondly, I was also informed that I'd receive a text message when the delivery was approx an hour away - this never happened either. Back to the 'pros' - the website was easy to use, the 'live chat' was helpful and efficient and once the delivery date was notified, it was kept. I was satisfied overall but the if the couple of things above had actually happened I would have given you a higher star mark.

The prices are competitive and the reason I ordered from here. However the delivery time was longer than what I am now used to. I ordered on a Tuesday and the goods arrived a week on Thursday.To be fair to the company it does state a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. It is just these days l am used to dispatch the day of or after the order. I emailed a few times to chase up and they were very efficient at answering. The delivery courier was also very good.

I expected delivery within 1-4 days as the website states, and having read lots of reviews saw that most were please with the quick delivery. I finally received the item 10 days after ordering. It would have been nice if I had received an email from them letting me know there would be a delay in delivery, but lack of communication from them meant I was left wondering what was going on. I cannot however fault the item when it did arrive. Excellent quality and looks nice in situ, I am very pleased with it.

Products very good but what let it down was the time it took to deliver the products. I phoned to quey why they were taking so long and was promised a certain delivery date but still they didn't arrive and no body contacted me to explain a further delay. I telephoned again and was promised an email to conform they had finally been dispatched. No email was sent by them.

Warning re delivery of heavy items. The delivery was on time which was good but the delivery was by pallet delivery and I did not understand the implications of this as it apparently means there is only a single driver. My order weighed 250kg which meant it was nearly left on the street outside the house as I have a bad back and could not help him lift it. I was very lucky to be able to contact a strong friend who came quickly to enable the item to be delivered into the house. I would have been grateful if SNH had made me aware of this so that I could have ensured it was delivered when I could have guaranteed help lifting the item into the house.

Thank you for you review of our service to you , On all items that are delivered by pallet is does state "What to expect from your delivery driver The driver will unload from his lorry and wheel the unit to your front door for you. The driver is not insured to take your stove inside your home as it is a 2 man lift, so please make sure that there are 2 able bodied persons to do this on delivery", so we are sorry that you may have missed this before your purchase, thank you

I GAVE PRECISE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS (WHICH WERE ACTUALLY PRINTED ON THE DELIVERY NOTE) FOR THE 2 DIMPLEX FIRES I ORDERED. THEY WERE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO THE INVOICE ONE. UPON RETURNING HOME WE HAD A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT NOTE WHICH MEANT WE HAD TO GO TO THE DELIVERY CONTRACTORS ADDRESS TO COLLECT. THE REQUIRED ADDRESS WAS ON A NEW BUILD SITE AND THE FOREMAN HAD AGREED TO TAKE DELIVERY ARE ON OUR BEHALF.

Good online price but failed to deliver on the correct day despite two telephone calls. Left delivery with near neighbour so preventing checking before sign-off.

Initial delivery arrived with finial parts and front handle missing. Upon contacting the company they apologised stating that they would send these parts out by post but stated that these were in actual fact now black and not brass as shown on website. Upon receipt of the finials and handles these did not fit correctly, the finials too long and the front handle too short to attach to the frontage and attach the fixing bolt. We didn't bother returning it as the finials and handle from our previous set thankfully fitted and actually looked better.

I ordered on the telephone a WHITE mixer tap for the kitchen. After speaking to a 'human' requesting that the tap must be in WHITE and not chrome and giving a deadline date, which was two weeks and two days in advance of the day that I ordered the mixer tap, I was informed that the mixer tap was in stock. I then paid by card. I paid an extra £5.00 to the advertised price to have the mixer tap in WHITE. SNH duly sent me an e-mail, almost immediately regarding my order which stated that they had the mixer tap in chrome. I immediately telephoned them pointing this out and was duly assured although the order stated chrome, SNH had put in a code number in the order which related to a white mixer tap. Only later, many days on, did I learn that this was not the case. SNH had to order the mixer tap in and when it was delivered to them it was in chrome. So consequently, it had to be returned and another one in white requested. All this took such a long time and my deadline was rapidly approaching when I had the kitchen fitters coming in who were going to renew the mixer tap at the time of having my kitchen updated. The correct mixer tap arrived on the very day of my deadline to SNH. It had taken two weeks and three days, not what I was originally told. The staff I spoke to were polite, but I feel that I was completely misinformed at the time I placed the order. The actual product I am very pleased with and it looks great in the kitchen. The price was half price which of course, is an added bonus. I would use this Company again but would go into much more depth on the telephone to really ascertain that they had the actual product I was wanting in stock and not having to order it in themselves initially before forwarding it on to me!!

PRODUCT ORDERED AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY 2 DAYS LATER. QUALITY OF GRATE + FRET GOOD, ASH PAN AND HANDLE HAVE A CHEAP FEEL AND ARE FLIMSY, ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW THEY FARE.... FITTED INTO AN 18" CONCRETE FIREBACK/FIREBRICK PERFECTLY. PICTURE ON WEBSITE SHOWS BRASS FENNELS/HANDLES, BUT IT TURNED UP WITHOUT THEM. UPON EMAILING SNH, THEY STATED THEY NO LONGER SUPPLIED THE BRASS ONES, BUT OFFERED CHROME OR BLACK.... SHAME THEY DID NOT STATE THIS WHEN I ORDERED THE PRODUCT... AS I GOT NOTHING. THEY DID HOWEVER SEND OUT THE BLACK ONES I REQUESTED, ARRIVED TWO DAYS LATER.ONLY SLIGHT PROBLEM WAS THAT THE SCREW/BOLT FOR THE HANDLE FOR THE LOWER FRET/ASHPAN COVER WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH!! NO DRAMA'S AS HAD ONE IN THE GARAGE, BUT MAY CAUSE SOME PEOPLE AN ISSUE.

As I have previously said I found no fault with the sales service and the fire to date however the delivery service was terrible. The fire arrived complete with pallet at my doorstep and I then had to find someone who could help me bring it in to my home. We were both OAPS and had to struggle with this item after I had paid a delivery charge . If I had known this was to be the case I would not have ordered from you.

This company came up with the best price for a Toshiba Heat Pump. On E-Bay thay claimed to have 5 in stock and promised 3 -5 days delivery. But at the same moment they were in fact out of stock and I waited 3 weeks! Unfortunate.

Do check your order before the delivery guy 'runs off', one of my items was damaged (bent out of shape), although I managed to straighten it and kept it.

Pump was fine, price was the lowest I could find. Was ordered on Saturday, told on Monday that it would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday, but it didn't arrive till the following Monday. No-one called me to say that it wouldn't come when promised, I had to ring up and chase. As this was a whole house pump, it didn't make life fun for my client or the plumber.

I bought two fire baskets from SNH which are excellent quality, however the delivery process was less than satisfactory. I was promised a specific date for delivery which for reasons unknown to me were not able to be upheld. It was only due to me speaking directly with the delivery company that I was able to sort out the delivery correctly. In general quality of product and price is great but again as with most e-tailers the delivery arm lacks in abundance !!!

My money was taken a month ago and I have had no contact as yet regarding delivery. I cannot get through to the company either on the phone or on-line. I consider this to be extremely poor in all aspects.
