    I bought tickets for Robbie Williams at the Roundhouse and I never received them.
    I paid £2400 for 4 tickets, I tried to contact this company numerous times but it was to no avail.
    They never responded to my emails or answered the phone.

    I am so upset that I never got to see Robbie Williams.
    This was a very expensive mistake of mine as I had friends flying in from Hong Kong to see this concert.

    My credit card company has said that they will refund me.

    Fraud sites like www.soldoutticketmarket.com should not be allowed to operate.

    I often buy tickets for several concerts. Bought several tickets from www.soldoutticketmarket.com For my previous experiences they have been great. I plan to buy Michael Buble concert tickets so hopefully they will be as good as ever again.
