Very poor, having set up a new business 7 months ago, they have been know help what so ever. I am currently look to move to another account provider.
I was expecting the banks to be there, bending over backward to help, but 1 call in 7 months. I would have given them no stars if i could.

I've been banking with Lloyd's TSB since I started my business 2 years ago. It was a difficult decision to pick a bank for business rather than for personal use as this was the first time I'd done it.
I stuck to the big banks because at the time I thought this would be the safest place to do business and I knew there'd always be a branch nearby if I needed help.
I chose LloydsTSB because they offered a good introductory offer of free banking for a year and they also bundled in some free sof ...- Read Frosteee's review (192 words)

I have been a Lloyds Business Bank customer for over 5 years. We initially started with a turnover of 200k and has since risen to 700k. The service in the last 12 months has gone right down. Admitted, we have bounced a few direct debits and standing orders over the last 6 months, however trying to borrow money has been an upward struggle. Our turnover this year has increased 39% and would assume profit will be around the same..... you would think WE would be the kind of customers lloyds would w ...- Read Guest's review (134 words)

Lloyds business banking service is appauling. It is my first experience with business banking in the UK and if the rest of the banks are like this then the British Banking Industry is heading for a big decline.
I can open a personal account with any bank in any high street tomorrow, however business banking with Lloyds requires hoop after hoop, setting up users is an extremely irritating process, online banking seems to have no communication with the rest of the bank and is slow, outdated and ...- Read Guest's review (139 words)

Set up was straight forward although took a couple of months before I got all the cards, cheque book etc. Also opened a linked LLoydsTSB business savings account. In theory there should be instant transfers bewteen ncurrent account and business account. In practice it takes 2/3 days when you use on line tools but quicker iof you use the call centre. not acceptable. Also the free service finishes after 18 months. Will be transferring to Abbey which is free for ever.- Read Guest's review (79 words)

We have been personal and business banking customers of Lloyds TSB for many years and in that time the service has got worse and worse. The biggest complaint I have is that they change their policies etc to things that are not customer friendly (just bank friendly) and are simply not interested in what the customer wants from their bank. If you want to speak face to face with a human being about anything of concern or importance then you need to have the patience of a saint and be prepared to ...- Read Guest's review (131 words)

Not been with them long, but any questions have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and service has been pretty good, both in branch and over the phone. Maybe this is partly while people are clinging on to their jobs and might change later, but so far, not a single complaint about Lloyds tsb (other than the fee they charge to consider an overdraft and that internet banking only shows the balance as at the end of the previous day).- Read Guest's review (80 words)

Having been a customer of all the big four banks at some stage and having moved in frustration at poor levels of service from Barclays, HSBC and Natwest I have maintained my business relationship with lloyds TSB for the following reason:
They have a manager who understands my business and when I need to borrow money they generally act quickly to meet my requests. I can live with the charges because I understand they are in business like me and Im not a charity myself. Some of the comment I've r ...- Read Guest's review (182 words)

I am having exactly the same problems as everyone else who has a business account with Lloyds - this "earmark" thing. it is ruining my business. I cashed a cheque over the counter and got it taken out twice for 10 days! they only put the funds back because i rang them up! why do we have to ring up to ask for our money back, they do not understand you frustration, don't help and will never admit that they made a mistake. The last conversation I had the guy hung up on me because he could not handl ...- Read Guest's review (120 words)

Lloyds TSB have tons of branches, excellent security on the phone, great Internet banking and you get a text every morning with your last 5 transactions and balance. They are as bad as other banks, the charges are a little annoying, but no worse than others, and it can be a little frustrating talking to call centres, like all other banks. I cant think of anything that makes them worse than others, they are kind of the best of a bad bunch.
I have been reading these reviews with amazement. One guy ...- Read da8iwr's review (223 words)

been a personal account customer with Lloyds for over 10 years. Opened a second current account a little while ago and now being harassed by customer service manager to open a business account. Went to see the business manager and he told us that we cannot be pushed in to opening a business account. Left feeling quite happy. Now the customer service manager wants to close our accounts down if we do not open a business account. Appalling behaviour.- Read carolcap999's review (78 words)

I opened a Lloyds TSB business account for my locum work at lloyds because I had a personal account with them and my relations were good. This has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. I am unable to speak with the business manager when I want. My personal bank manager was unable to make even the smallest decision on the personal account without the authorisation of the business manager. Hence my relations with lloyds has deteriorated considerably.
I am thus moving both my accounts to othe ...- Read mcneillis's review (113 words)

Iam a sole tader and have been with lloyds for4 years with an anuual turnover of 275k. i have been overdrawn x 3 times by 155.00 but has been the fault of the bank for agreeing to honour direct debits but forgetting to mark my account as such.
i have asked them for an overdraft faciltiy for 3 months , as my client have altered their payment dates. i was told this was fine, i was allowed to withdraw cash on the day they said my overdraft was given the thumbs up. which was 4 days after i asked fo ...- Read central agencies's review (181 words)
