Although we are at present living in France, one would have thought there is no difficulty in receiving responses either from owners/advertisers, or from the administrators [Feedback]. Nothing...... not a dicky bird. Very disappointing as we are going on an extensive house-finding tour in September and despite writing to 5 owners, have never had one reply. (read more)

“Sent three emails and not one answered”

Disappointed in this site. Registered for nearly 2 years since my long search began (one flat fell through!). Enquired twice about a flat in W2 no reply from the vendor and no reply from the peeps in charge at Tepilo either as to whether this flat is/was available or not and I emailed them 3 times. It's hard enough looking in this market without ads for flats where neither the vendor nor the website's staff can be bothered to answer enquiries. Poor. (read more)

Loved the easy to navigate site & the display. At the time of writing the only thing that was lacking was the response which was disappointing. Many ads were out of date. THis whole free concept has such potential. I would love to see it developed further with better features in the future (read more)

“Great alternative to estate agent”

I placed my property on Tepilo only 2 weeks ago and have had a request for a viewing so I am thrilled that it's been noticed. The site looks great and as long as you add some good photos it's made our property look fab. Only little criticism was that I wanted to change the viewing time and the link kept showing the next day and following week and I just wanted to change it to later that day. You get the viewers home phone number but not an email to contact. I hope this site really succeeds... (read more)

i have been looking at this property in tepilo to buy.i have registerd in tepilo website and have even put the offers and the time to view but the seller is not responding at all. i don't know if i'm doing it wrong. please help if there is any other way to contact the seller. (read more)

Fantastic site and initiative from Sarah - they've produced another cracker of a site here - I think this is definitely one to watch out for over the next year or so, they seem to be winning awards left, right and centre and having successfully let a few properties through the site now, it'a a massive success in my eyes. My experience of using Tepilo to advertise my home is that it is a brilliant, user-friendly website and wonderful service that Sarah Beeny has given to everyone for free. Unfortuntely, not a lot of people seem to know about it yet. Given that it is so good, I can't understand why word is not spreading faster.

What a revolution. Brilliantly designed site which is very simple to use. Not sure what the comments about little publicity or lack of enquiries are about, maybe they're estate agents?

The site worked within a few weeks for me several interested parties and now an offer and sale going through just fine. Easier than you think and its free. (read more)

Waste of time, our property has been on Tepilo for months, not had a single enquiry! We've given up and have gone with a local agent, they have just sent out 150 brochures in the first week! (read more)

Doesn't sound very likely to me - 150 brochures - that would cost the agent a fortune - and is probably highly untargeted marketing.

Fantastic site - and it really works. I have to admit I was sceptical, generally nothing is ever free - but was pleasantly surprised. I put my property up on Tepilo - had 6 viewings and 2 offers within about two weeks and accepted just over the initial asking price.

If I had been through the more traditional estate agency route I would now be at least £35k worse off - so huge thanks to Sarah and her team for making this possible.

“I've been proved wrong - I never thought I would stand...”

I've been proved wrong - I never thought I would stand a chance of being able to sell my own property, and assumed I was better off using an estate agent and stumping up the fees.

I added my property to Sarah Beeny's new website "Tepilo" two weeks ago and have since had three viewings and now an offer - which we are now looking at accepting.

The whole process is so simple - highly recommend this site, and best of all it's completely free - nothing to pay at all. (read more)
