This company is based in Hong Kong. They have a rather nice website, but this is very misleading. I received my tungsten wedding ring in the post. It was nice but too big, so it needed to be resized, which every website tells me CAN NOT be done with Tungsten. JustTungsten.com said they could do it. So they charged me about an extra 40 pounds for resize and reengrave and sent me a completely different ring. (it did not even resemble the same ring i ordered). First they told me it must have happened by accident in the reengraving process.hahahahahah...to funny.They told me i could just have that ring for the wedding day and send it back after??The two people you only seem to get to deal with here are Maggie and Rosanna via Email, being women makes me even more suprised by that rediculous statement. Imagine a woman being told they will have to make do with a ring they didnt want, TO WEAR ON THEIR WEDDING DAY....Now you tell me, is this normal They never apologised once, just came up with a very large list of excuses as to why it was not their fault. They finally agreed to a massive refund(sarcasm) of $2, which they never gave me. It cost nearly $20 dollars for me to return the ring. Thir website states that you should always insure any returns, though maggie told me not to, to make it cheaper and also not to send it recorded mail.They beleived then it would only cost me $2 in mail cost....from the UK to HONG KONG????ok sure! These people are not on the same planet as the "customers"they serve. Who in their right mins sends jewellery uninsured or not tracked..When i eventually got the ring back, apparently resized and with the correct finish put back on it, was so small and didnt fit again. I decided to give up and asked for a refund to be told they dont refund resized rings.I would eat my hat if the rings were actually resized!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they are borderline FRAUDULANT! They lie to customers. Also you can not contact anyone by telephone which i think is evidence enough that a business does not want to answer difficult questions, especially a company that maybe should be investigated for its business practices. All i wanted really was an apology. I never got one. The girls who respond to emails also have a rather neat trick of not answering your questions but dodging them and totally ignoring what you have asked them!
