So, against all reviews we placed an order. Now we too can experience the good times. We ordered and there was no problem. We then received an email with a shipment date of 2 weeks into the future. Last week, I sent an email as that date had come and gone and was looking for an update. I received a response telling me how each ring is made with quality and takes time. This company is claiming to be based out of New York when they are really based in HongKong. Do not buy from these people. They do not send items, send wrong items and the warranty is a not real. I truly liked the ring when I received it. We got a titanium band from COI (aka Just Titanium, Just Tungsten, etc), one that I finally found was like my husbands. The only problem was that the size was off. After the weekend I took my old wedding rings and the new ring into my local jeweler. He measured both rings and sure enough the size was off by a quarter. COI Tungsten/ Just Tungsten is a complete rip off. I got one of their rings for my husband and a diamond fell out after one month of him wearing it, after we sent it back to get fixed, it cracked in half (tungsten is not supposed to crack) and they sent me fake diamonds when I paid for real diamonds and they have not done anything to fix it yet! Tungsten rings are actually made of tungsten carbide - which is tungsten metal mixed with carbon. The carbon turned the compound into ceramic. If you'd like to voice your story, head here to share. You're not the only person who's had a tungsten carbide ring break!

Update: i raised a dispute in Paypal and after yet another blase email I raised a claim via Paypal - to return and obtain a refund. I received many phonecalls from CoiJewelry and emails (bordering on harrassment) demanding that i return all rings and prove my comment that i did not think the ring was Tungsten by having the rings metal analysed- With Paypal's direction, I ignored their calls and simply communicated via email in order to keep a track record of all correspondence in case i needed to provide as proof. I advised Paypal that neither rings had any inscription inside verifying the metal or ceramic plus the initial paperwork i received from them that came with the rings, stated that i had purchased from a "steel.com" company specialising in stainless steel and titanium, and in addition, CoiJewelry advised me in an email that i could return the rings to be re-sized if the sizing was an issue. I spoke with a jeweler who advised me that Tungsten cannot be resized. So this led me to believe that the rings could have been made from anything. In any ways, the main issue of my complaint to Coi and to Paypal was that the workmanship was defective - horrible actually. I have returned all 3 rings that i purchased, and have now passed on the postage delivery confirmation to Paypal. I am hoping to receive a refund once Paypal is satisfied with the return. I am very grateful to Paypal. Since this saga, we have purchased rings from OverstockJeweler.com and Overstock.com - rings shipped from US very quickly, rings are amazing, metals verified inside rings and we are very happy.
