I had recently visited this dealership in NW10 to look at a Vauxhall Astra (56) which had been advertised. Problems which came about;

1. Salesperson 'Ali' is generally disloyal.
2. Numerous credit searches WILL be made in your name without your consent.
3. Salesperson 'Ali' does not provide a full history on the cars until you have bought.
4. Salesperson 'Ali' will contact kindly your finance company to explain that you have purchased one of his cars without your consent.

I was appauled to discover that helpful Ali had taken it upon himself to make multiple credit searched on my name (hence affecting my credit file). Not only did he do this without my prior knowledge, he took it upon himself to add an additional £800 to the asking price.

I would strongly suggest not dealing with this company.
