    I travelled to AVA ROSE HAMILTON, which is 150 miles from my home, it took when 2 hours and i booked my appointment well in advance. When myself and my mum got there we were informed we had not made an appointment, even though i had e-mails to prove it, we were blamed and the staff were VERY RUDE!!!!! We were offered no refreshments, we were practically pushed out of the shop, the staff were so rude, I cannot describe how rude and how unfriendly and damm right nasty the staff were. Also the dresses were very old fashioned and also very ugly. Do not go to this store. shop around as there are much nice shops out there!
    Do not visit Ava RUDE hamilton!!!!!!!
    Pure disapointment, and Zoe, don't get me started on her stuck up attitude!

    My experience of this company are some what disappointing,after a covering a wide area looking for a wedding dress I went to the above, saving the best till last(AS I THOUGHT). Once they had my money attitudes changed,the allterations were unbelievable, I was'nt happy! the morning I went to pick up my dress (which was the thursday before my wedding) there were still pins in it. The work had not been done. The shop in fairness wanted to sort it out, but given the time! this was not possible. Paul ...
