I went on line shopping for lighting and founded this site called newfurnituredirect their prices were GREAT and within my budget the style was exquisit.The craftmanship on this light was so different I've never seen this type before. I called thier sales department and a man named Jason was so helpful. I didn't just past the company name on to my friends I passed his name on also he was so GREAT he sealed the deal in my mind on me purchasing the light. excellent, I got lights for my new house from newfurnituredirect when they arrived the one for the hall was to big, they took it back and changed it for a smaller one. I must praise June in their customer services she arranged everything. A+++

Blame the manufacture being too busy at the time of recession. Delayed delivery. Poor communication kept getting diverted to another department, denied responsibility.
Overall not recommended
