    Horrible service. Beware you may never get your refund back if required.
    Here is my nightmare experience!!!
    1) purchased a bath mixer tap for £85 on the phone with my credit card and the delivery is supposed to be 2-3 days
    2) I waited for a week without the expected delivery, so I emailed the company, one-guy company (the person who answers the phone is the manager as well as the only staff working in the shop), NO RESPONSE what so ever.
    3) When I rang up, he told me that my order is out of stock and will not be in stock at least 2 weeks time. He could have told me that when I was placing my order or notify me asap!!
    3) I had to cancel the order and rush to a local shop buying a surrogate product because the bathroom project was due to start the following day!
    4) The guy sent me an email saying'we have refunded you for order number number 55''.
    5) After a few working days, upon checking my credit card account, no refund shown.
    7) Rang again. He said,''I don't have facility to refund back to your credit card.'' My God. I just wanna slap him. Anyway, I asked him to send me a check instead. He said,'' ok'' with his usual half-dead voice and tone.
    8) Waited for another 7 days. Nothing coming to the post.
    9) Rang again and again. He said,'' I posted by first class last week (7 days before I rang.).'' Flat and dull tone again. I was really cross about his response and cheating. He remained silence. I couldn't believe this kind of people exist in this great country!
    10）This guy was driving me mad! Imagine all the stress and hassle of trying to get refund back...
    11)After 3 weeks STRESS, eventually I turned to Paypal (this guy uses paypal account) who helped me get refund!!! Great relief! Thanks to Paypal.
