I Definatly would not recommend this place. I have been three times altogether. My first time I went was lovely and I really enjoyed the food, the staff was nice and friendly and was quick service. I loved it! So I decided to go again. My second time I went was also nice, but the food was not as of a high quality as the time before. I only found this review site while looking for the number for Milano to book again! After reading the other reviews I thought I would add my own.

The reception on arrival was excellent, with my wife and I being greeted by friendly staff and shown quickly to a table.

We ordered distinctly different dishes and the food was extremely good. It was obviously cooked from fresh ingredients with good wine to accompany it. The wine was not overpriced as is often the case.

This really has to be the worst meal I have had in a decade. The starter was four mushrooms on a sad looking salad. The main course was supposed to be a fillet steak but God knows what poor beast had died in its name. It was clearly frozen and re-cooked and was ghastly. They even buggered up the chips.We were so shocked by the whole meal that we opted for a desert just to see if it could get any worse. It could. Excellent & delicious food.
A wide variety menu.
Great choice of starters and there is something for everyone; from Pizza to Pasta. Fish, Chicken, Beef - all kinds of Italian dishes. Fabulous menu. All fresh ingredients and wonderfully cooked. The deserts are amazing.
A great choice of wines, all reasonably priced.
The staff are all very attentive & well trained.
The restaurant is very clean.

We would love to eat through the menu of further occasions (this is not a 'pizzeria', it has a wide range of dishes) if it weren't nearly 2 hours from home.
Friendly, good value and the 5 dishes we had between us were full of flavours and wonderfully cooked but the town was quiet and they were half full on a Saturday night, seemed a pity to us. Spread the word!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Leominster . The food is fantastic , a huge variety on the menu tastes amazing! The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The service is fast, and always served with a smile, The house wine is delicious and really compliments the food. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, possibly to cheap for such a high standard. I eat here a lot! and every time I find something new that I love. First visit to Leominster - stayed at the Talbot Hotel but love Italian food. We were not disappointed. It may not look a top class restaurant from the outside but the service, friendliness and food could not be faulted. Should we return to Leominster we would eat here - lots and lots of choice, you could eat several times and have something different without any problem. (read more)

Milano Italian Restaurant is a gem of a restaurant tucked away in a side street of Leominster (10,High Street). Well worth a visit. Friendly and welcoming staff. Food arrived promptly and was well presented, of excellent quality and tasted authentic. The atmosphere was calm and the background music was very relaxing.I could almost imagine myself back in Italy.
