    I have lived on my particular estate for over 20years, and for the majority of this time we were poorly managed by previous management companies. I became a director around the same time as taking on Now Professional Management Company.Our estate consists of 83 flats, which are in need of a great deal of cosmetic exterior works. With the help of N.P. all of the day to day running of the estate is taken care of, outstanding arrears are being addressed and collected. We are now in a posistion to have completed some of the works, and have set out a 5 year plan to complete the rest, this would not of been possible without the professional help we have had from N.P. They will always return your calls, or reply to emails sent. Have recommended to other management co.

    I have been a Director of a resident management company since 1995 and in that time I have experienced the level of service of several managing agents and property managers.

    I feel that the level of service we receive from Now Professional Property Management far surpasses the previous services we have received in the past and this therefore gives us excellent value for money.

    As a directors of a residential estate comprising of 9 houses and several dozen flats, we needed a management company who could deal smoothly with all the day to day problems with the minimum of fuss and a price we could afford.
