I purchased an LG TV on 29/03/13 for £479 (far cheaper than anywhere else listed). After hearing nothing for 6 days and the order status not changing on the website I called them up (4/04/13) to be told that they had no stock of that model and would issue a refund. The washing machine was at one of the cheapest prices and it was delivered quickly. I was called to advise about the delivery and all in all a good experience. I would use the company again and recommend them. The eco bubble washing machine is excellent, superb cleaning results and uses less detergent. If you're happy to be treated like a kid, buy from these guys based in Birmingham. I normally buy from Amazon but saving £50 on a TV I thought I'd take a punt. Mistake. Although their website says delivery takes 1-2 days and mentions couriers, ignore that. They deliver once a week themselves in a box van! I ordered Friday 17th, they delivered 24th as they basically wait and stack-up the orders until they have enough orders to justify the drive in your direction. I'm in the Manchester area.... They said that they would ring 20 minutes before they wer edue so I could get home from work and they did did exactly that. When they ring to confirm the original delivery day they warn you that it is a doorstep delivery only but the uys that deleivered my appliacance took it through to my kitchen and unpacked it to ensure it was ok. Electro centre had the best price by far for the item I was purchasing, however their delivery people left a lot to be desired. The tumble dryer was left in the middle of the room, standing on it's packaging which had been ripped open for me to inspect the item. When I asked if the packaging could be taken away I was told that there wasn't room in the van, which, given the item had just come out of the van, probably meant 'I can't be bothered'.
