    I recently purchased a Sony KDL40W5810 40" LCD TV from Electro Centre and am very pleased with the price and the on time delivery on a weekend.

    I can't really comment on the customer service as I've had no problems with the delivery or the product itself but they did phone me to arrange a delivery time on the weekend and kept to that arrangement.

    The price was cheaper by a couple of hundred pounds then from the high street chains which is always a bonus ;)
