    I received my annual buildings renewal through the post, as usual put it on one side and forgot about it. Two days before the renewal date I received a courtesy phone call from One call to remind me the existing policy was about to expire. My wife took the phone call as I was out at the time from a polite lady who asked if I would call her back when convenient. having been on some comparison websites, I had got some other prices, which I mentioned when I phoned back. One Call took some details and asked me to hold the line then came back pretty quickly with an improved offer from our existing insurer which I accepted. One Call made the whole experience very pleasant, effortless and comparable on price thus satisfying all my requirements. So thats job done for another year and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for insurance products.
