IT4 - Isla was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Aviva cancelled a policy because it was cheaper on a comparison website than their own site despite being an existing customer! OneCall were fantastic finding the same policy cheaper and gave a discount even though it was not their fault with legal cover that even includes disputes over service charges as I live in a flat. Contacted 'One Call' as the price they quoted on a comparison site was good, not the cheapest but offered excellent cover for the money. Spoke to a young lady, "ci1" who was pleasant and competent in answering all of my questions. Documents confirming the requirements agreed were sent by e-mail. I rang to sort out some home contents insurance as an existing customer. I spoke to ci1. She was very pleasant and helpful. The only down side to this communication was that I had problems hearing some of it. I don,t think the phone lines are great your end. I could of done it online to avoid this but prefer to speak to someone. My quote was acceptable and a fair price so really pleased. I would of scored a 5 star rating all but the issue with not being able to hear your colleague at all times… Read Full Review

The person with IT4 identification tag dealt with my query. She is an excellent staff member, very customer focussed, patient and a real professional sales person. She spent adequate time to explain the water damage excess in my policy. The staff member I dealt with - jc6 was efficient, knowledgeable, patient and polite. My new policy was over £100 cheaper than my previous insurer whom I had been insured with for over 10 years with no claims. Also parts of my policy were enhanced compared to my last one giving me better and wider cover. I also received my documents and proof of payment instantly by email. I had changed my card details so the insurance had to be renewed by phone call rather than automatically. When I called it took 10 minutes. I didn't change any of my details. I was overall pleased with the level of service and would recommend the company as it is on the cheaper end of the insurance business. The person I spoke to was courteous and professional. My renewal increased by 29%. As a loyal customer with no changes to my life this was unecessary and of course a shock. I phoned OneCall to explain that I was not happy and that their computer was doing a 'wobbly' (it's a shame it is not programmed correctly).
