    We were planning a trip to Prague and got their details from cheapflights.co.uk.

    2 days before our travel, they called and asked us to pay £80 extra per person because they had made a mistake in quoting the price initially. At the last moment we could not find any reasonable fare anywhere else and as a result had to cancel our trip.

    They do not even know how to treat their customers. Even after accepting it was a mistake on their part, they did not take any responsiblilty for ruining our trip and were extremely rude over the phone to the extent that they tried to harass my wife.
