    We used them to provide our HIP when we sold our property. We ordered it online late on the Tuesday, it was after 5.00pm, they went round to the property the next day and we had the HIP on the Thursday. They were less than half the price than getting the HIP through the estate agent, infact it was the estate agent who recommended them on the quiet. Given that we had a buyer for the property within days of istructing the estate agent the speedy service was a real help. The online form was easy to fill in and did not ask a load of questions we didn't know the answer to.
