The Noctua NF-S12B flx with bevelled blades is an excellent fan!
It is very quiet for a fan sucking in 100cm2. I have 2 x 4,000 rpm monster fans which pull in 190cm2 @ 59, this thing pulls in half that at only 18-19db!
Simply put - if you want good airflow, although pricey, this fan will do what you need!
The only thing I don't like is the colour, the fan housing is beige and the blades a sort of mulberry colour. Standard black would be nice with either white or silver finished blades, but there we are - not going to knock points off for odd colour choices.
5/5 for air pulling power
3/5 for colour scheme
4/5 for value (it comes with rubber mountings and optional speed reduction cables)
5/5 for noise - this is a 120mm fan when all is said and done, but it is a heck of a lot quiter than most, except for the ones that run slower than 1200rpm
A very good buy!

I'm sorry - I got it wrong - it pulls in 50m3, which is roughly 50cm2 or cm3. It is still a highly efficient fan and is quiet. There are a few fans out that there that pull in more air, the Sharktoon Silent Eagle Golf ball is one, but they make more noise. This is an ideal fan for a silent/near silent PC.
