    The Wishmaster is a brilliant horror film starring Lost star Andrew Divoff as an evil Djinn who has spent the last 800 years trapped in a ruby. He is released by Alexander, a gem appraiser after the ruby is discovered in an ancient artifact. The film also features horror legend Robert Englund (Freddy Kruger) and the performance by Divoff is supremely brilliant as he grants wishes to unlucky recipients in exchange for their souls. These wishes are taken literally and have horrific effects. It's the sort of film that isn't all out terror but is a classic for getting your mates round. Watch it and you won't be able to stop yourself saying "You have three wishes...urr".
