    Northern Caravans are now closed.

    the rating I have given is to high as I could not give a zero star rating.

    if you have stored a caravan with Northern Caravans, then parts of it will be missing as mine was when I collected it today.

    Dont touch Northern Caravans with a barge pole. They wont answer their phone letters or e mails. We have now alerted trading standards to thier dealing. Please dont get caught out like we did

    Northern Caravans are lLovely people but disorganised and poor at fulfilling their promises.Bought my caravan at a good price and stored it there for the first year.Work done was slow to be completed (mover and 12v system) and I got fed up of having to nag them.

    I have to agree wth the first reviewer. I purchased a caravan in January 09 and it was all smiles at first until you hand the cash over and then it's downhill from there. All I needed was some certificates for certain tests, but, after numerous calls to Northern Caravans I have still not received them, even after speaking with the so called maintenance guy who said that 'he would write it on his hand to remind him' !! Says it all really! Mind you, it proves that he must wash his hands after goi ...

    Can not recommend Northern Caravans I'm afraid - they're friendly at first, but the have poor after sales - I'm still haven't returned my phone calls - I'm still waiting for engineer to come out (4 weeks now) to repair faults.
