DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have not been subjected to such poor customer service in quite some time as I just was by Discount Pet Drugs. As a first-time customer, I did not see that food orders cannot be sent via expedited shipping. Their website allowed me to process the order for dog food as being shipped via 2nd Day Air, and even sent me an email confirmation notice, while all the time my order was not eligible for expedited shipping and was not being processed. When I called their number -repeatedly - and finally got to speak to a customer service representative about my order, he was unbelievably rude. He told me it was my fault, to go on the website myself and see how I was wrong. When I explained that I was a first-time customer and was wondering why I got an email confirmation for my order if it was never valid in the first place - ie., why is this company event processing invalid orders - he became increasingly rude. When I called him out about his tone and ask that my order be canceled, he replied, "Fine. Your order's canceled. BYE." This company, based on their customer service training, couldn't care less about their customers and has no interest in obtaining or retaining new clients. I'll do them the favor and stay away.
